Granada is a lovely city and we were right in the hub so it was great walking everywhere from the hotel. Staff were wonderful, the decor is lovely and the breakfast was excellent! Being Celiac this was the best place we ate at for variety for me. They gave me a metal device to put my bread in the toaster to hold it off the area where gluten bread went through, which was much appreciated and there were a number of other things I could eat as well. We caught a bus to the Alhambra Palace and it was only two blocks away.

There is a parking garage directly beside the hotel and is free for guests. We missed turns a couple of times in getting into the old town and to go around on all the one way streets one more time was another 15 min so we parked in a garage that was two streets away but easy to walk to though we had to pay for it.

Staff are really nice, beds are very comfortable . I had a couple of issues with my room which ultimately led to me shorting my stay but the staff and management were very professional in their handling of it so it would be unfair to give a terrible review

The area of town where the hotel is located was closed for a religious ceremony but I was notified about it 2 hours after the street closing so it was very difficult to get parked within a reasonable distance which was very frustrating. The faulty air conditioning that ultimately led to my early departure as no other rooms were available .
