Sea view room recommended. Fabulous view of the bay. Breakfast superb. Extremely clean property.

Loved the bath not had one for ages has have got a shower at home location and views were perfect The choice of breakfast was excellent and food really nice really clean big bed everything was just perfect for us thank you

The bathroom could do with a frosted window as the blinds did not cover window properly but I have no complaints just a comment

Arrived early and could not contact anyone. Stairs very steep, as I have mobility problems not totally satisfactory. Was not warned by Booking.com about the stairs and when told by the owner by telephone payment had already been taken.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast room was lovely with the view across the bay. Enjoyed the kippers!

arrived about 9pm yet Pauline the hostess was very welcoming and laid out fresh tea and coffee in our room for us… the room was spacious and very clean with a good size bathroom… small touches like the guide book in room was most welcome. the breakfast was very good and a varied fresh selection. exceeded all our expectations. Pauline a marvellous hostess and would definitely return.

Location is perfect with stunning sea views. Pauline is the perfect host and has thought of everything a guest might need to make their stay relaxing and enjoyable. Beautiful bed room and bathroom. Would recommend this hotel again and again. Our stay was not long enough so we have the excuse of a return visit!!!

The location was great right on the sea front. Free parking ..parked rught outside. 3 minute walk to the local shop. 5 minute walk along the prom to town for shops ..resturants etc. 20 minute walk to the local Toby Carvery. 10 minute walk to the station. We used this twice for a couple of trips into Lancaster. Visited the castle. Free tour. Visited the maritime musuem. Loved the little back street shops. Pauline the owner of The Ashley was very helpful.

Nothing ..everthing was as listed even better.
