Location is excellent and views from the stoep are beautiful. Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed Kimachi very much. Lots of utensils in kitchen.

Some tlc will be good on floors, walls and locks. Front yard gate lock not in working condition. Garage floor needs a clean.

Multiple sleeper, large living spaces, comes with the basic necessities, everything that needed to work from an electrical aspect, worked. Close to amenities yet also situated in a tranquil location with a brilliant view of the ocean. Bonus was the neighbours all around that were all friendly.

Check out time was at 9am- should be at least close to midday especially if there is load shedding upon which makes things abit challenging. My opinion-minor upgrades to keep up to the times for example: air-conditioning over fans, upgrade security fencing around with added electrical fencing around the property.

I didn't like the fact that the check out time was 8 but you're still expected to live the house clean

All in all, though hard to find, but it is well located, very quiet & peacefull neighborhood.

Place is well located but hard to find though.. It's not listed on Google Maps and directions we got were misleading, had to call the establishment to help us find the house, had to leave the CR around 7pm & look for the house on foot. It's listed as being on Crown Street but it's on Colin Street. Gosh it's OLD.. Padlocks are rusted and can hardly open. Took us over 5 minutes to open the garage doors alone, then the inside of the garages had no lights. In the main house, some of the furniture is broken, but nothing says this upon arrival & to think you have a breakage fee sitting with the establishment, what if they blame you for breaking it. One window can't close because the sash is broken. The cutlery & dishes in the kitchen is a sight for sorry eyes, like something from a charity..nothing matching and some knives loose. We decided to buy take aways/ eat at the Conference venue just so we could use the microwave and fridge only to avoid cooking with the stove. One tap is missing in the kitchen sink. I took video clips just to be safe. The extra linen is OLD as well..stained pillows. The interior looks haunted to put it mildly, we dared not open other exit doors.. Just the kitchen door, which we struggled with as well because of the bunch of unnumbered keys too.

It was self catering however everything was there to ensure we could have and make a wonderful one.

Nothing to complain about as we want to go back.
