Hygieneartikel waren sehr knapp bemessen.

Otel yeni, temiz ve konforlu. Otoparkın otele ait olması büyük avantaj.

Merkeze mesafesi yürüyerek 25 dakika, gün içinde bir kaç kez gidip gelince yorucu olabiliyor.

we arrived at the hotel , at the reception was a trainee . Obviously was very new at work , she did a lot of time to check in us . The room was a little bit cold and a lot of things was broken in room , but we stay only one night so we didn’t care so much . The breakfast was average! But the problem starts at check out . We had already prepaid the room but hotel tried to take payment out of my account again which declined because I didn’t have enough money into my account . We did check out again with the trainee ( again lot of time to check out) we did paid the city taxes but then again the hotel took out of my account the city taxes . So instead of paying 8€ , we paid 16€. I was trying to explain to trainee the situation but it was like I was talking to a wall . I asked for the manager , he ensured me that the problem will be solved but still 5 days later still no solution ! He confirmed that the payment is double and I will take back the money but still asking me to provide him the same payment information that he already has . Anyway I don’t care about the 8€ anymore . And just an advice if I can tell , don’t let trainee alone without supervising . Especially if we talk about a big name hotel

Hotel ligt op een goede centrale locatie en prima loopafstand van het centrum. Weinig geluidsoverlast en prima kamers van alle gemakken voorzien die je verwacht: kluisje, koelkast, koffie/thee, etc. Prima gym aanwezig, maar verwacht niet te veel.

Bed was van een iets mindere kwaliteit, dan gewend bij Radisson. Restaurant is gesloten op zondag en de enige dag dat we in het hotel wouden eten was de chef ziek. Kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar toch bijzonder voor een 4 sterren hotel.
