The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore

An excellent hotel in every respect! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, offering outstanding quality and a huge variety of options. The hotel is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from both a shopping centre and the metro, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, combining the charm of a heritage building with all the comforts and conveniences of a modern luxury hotel. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, equipped with every amenity one could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a door that did not open and close properly due to a damaged hinge, as well as a couple of loose power sockets. The gym was good overall, but could benefit from a wider range of weightlifting and strength-training equipment.

The location and Staff 10/10

It was perfect no negatives

It was beautiful and very luxurious.

Nothing.

Room is large and well equipped. The WiFi works reliably with good speed. The breakfast is excellent. The staff was quite attentive and gave me very good service. The location is just across the street from Raffles City

The walk from lobby to the room can be long.
