This is a nice affordable place to stay in Dublin. The property is very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the tea kettle in my room. The reason it is affordable is because it is not in the greatest area of the city--be aware that it may not be the safest and if you room is on the street side it will be very noisy at night (they do provide earplugs).

Lovely helpful staff. When we asked where the closest laundromat was they said we could use their washer and dryer!
Lots of narrow stairs

Location was great for our needs. We felt very safe and secure. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It WAS a lot of stairs moving our luggage up and down (3rd floor), but a good workout!

First day was clean but housekeeping does no difference, floor mat not changed. Floor not vacuum etc. carpet was super old and there’s urine smell near the entrance door of room 102
Had a shower early in the morning before check out, water was clear initially but after about 3-4 min, it turned into bronze colour. See pic, it was so scary. I went out of the bathroom to take my phone to snap the pic. The water becomes clearer after I let it run for 5 min or so
