1. Location is superb. 350m to Tokyo Station with JR access to Disyneyland, airport. 450m to Nihombashi subway access to get you easily to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku. Great access for bus stop : airport limousine both from Haneda / Narita, Mt Fuji, Japan historical museum. 2. Close proximity to shopping places e.g Daimaru and Takashimaya for last minute shopping. 3. Surrounded by many options of F&B. In front of it there is cozy breakfast place if you choose outside hotel. 4. It accomodates 5 people in one room. Very suitable for family with young children. 5. There is service of free drink everyday 10am-pm + microwave. Very convenient to warm your rice bowl if you get it from Lawson etc. 6. Easy check in and check out via machine. Make it no hassle.

1. There is limited capacity for breakfast from hotel. But you can easily get it from anywhere else conveniently. 2. Check out time at 11 AM.

When I checked in, the key cards I received were not ready to open the room door, so I needed to go down stairs to ask one of the staff to reset the key cards, which made me late for my dinner reservation at the Tokyo Skytree Tower. I was a little sad that day…

Staff went above and beyond and were so helpful. Location also excellent.

The facilities were new and well maintained. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was in good quality. It was near Tokyo Station, but it was still very hard to find the way to the hotel with kids and luggage; we turned out taking a taxi from and to Tokyo station.

The room was too small! I could hardly open my suitcase. To avoid opening the luggage and look for the things inside, my husband and kids skipped shower that night! I would rather stay in a hotel further from the station and have more space as I need to take a taxi to the station anyway.

Arrived Haneda - took monorail and Yamanote line to Tokyo station… Very easy walk to Karaksa - helpful staff - Clean - very comfortable beds - modest inexpensive breakfast offered / or voucher to use at neighbouring cafes… Great value. Perfect for a first night late arrival in Tokyo on route to Nagano following morning on Shinkansen from Tokyo station.

Good location - short walk to Tokyo station or Ginza subway line. Close to convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants. Clean, functional room, small but well thought-out use of space. Good bed, decent bathroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful with directions and bag storage. The free sodas etc. in the lobby is a nice touch.

Perhaps carpets in the rooms rather than hard floors would reduce the noise between rooms/floors. It wasn't intrusive, apart from when some thoughtless guests let their kids run up and down the corridors :/ but it was noticeable at times. Other than that it is a fantastic hotel and we would definitely consider it should we return to Tokyo.

-화장실, 욕실, 세면대 분리된 점이 무척 좋았습니다 일본은 보통 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있지만, 특히 화장실을 방 끝에 두고 욕실은 문을 닫아 독립한 공간으로 둬서 정말 청결했고 편리했습니다!!! -바닥이 마룻바닥이어서 청결, 깔끔했어요 카펫이 깔린 호텔방은 좀 찝찝한데 바닥에 뭘 흘렸는지를 눈으로 확인할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. -방 컨디션이 좋았어요. 지은지 얼마되지 않은 것 같았고 또 관리가 잘 되어 쾌적했어요 -가격이 착했어요. -역에서 가깝고 아침 일찍 나리타익스프레스 플랫폼까지 간단한 짧은 동선으로 움직일 수 있어 대만족이었습니다! -아침식사를 박스에 넣어 방으로 가져가거나, 아침 일찍 체크아웃할 때 가져가서 기차로 이동 할 때 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 이런 배려가 좋았어요. 도쿄가면 또 방문하고 싶습니다 :-)

- 아침식사가 조금 더 일찍 이용가능하면 더 좋았을텐데. 6시나 6시 30분 정도 아침식사를 시작하면 일찍 체크아웃하는 여행객이 좀 더 여유를 갖고 식사할 수 있을텐데요. - 창문이 고정되어 있어서 창문을 열지 못 했어요 환기를 할 수 있게 창문이 열렸다면...하는 아쉬움?

I returned from a one-night trip in the nearby area after checking out the previous day. The hotel kindly stored my luggage, allowing me to explore comfortably. When I came back the next day, they let me check in early, providing a well-prepared room with our luggages inside the room. The staff were extremely friendly, and I was satisfied with the room size, hotel location, cleanliness, and overall experience. If I visit Tokyo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Love the location. Just across the street from the airport limo shuttle from Haneda airport. Booked adjoining rooms for my family of 4. Spacious for 4 of us. Wasn’t in room a whole lot so mainly for resting after a day out.

Breakfast provided was disappointing. Either food in the lobby restaurant or vouchers to use in the shops around Tokyo station. The breakfast area was tiny but could pack food back to room to consume. Selection was not great. Voucher option instead of food was 500yen per person which for the price of the room is not a lot.

We loved the traditional family room with four tatamis. The free drinks bar/waiting area was a nice touch on level 1. Great location, despite not having many restaurants around, not unless you walk back to the train station where there is an overwhelming crowd. Daimaru and Takashimaya were good shops that were within walking distance.

Excellent hotel for families of 4, 5 or 6. Connecting rooms are a bliss. Great rooms with comfortable bed and good toilet facilities. Staff wonderful and friendly. Location is amazingly close to Tokyo station - without the train noises. This was our 3rd stay here

Near the main shops Daimaru, Takashimaya and tha boutiques! Excellent spot, however this is not a hotel rather a dormitories station …. Wonder how it got 4 stars rating. Breakfast area about 30 sq.m.! Breakfast itself of very poor selection, serving stale orange juice - Minute Maid - from a vending machine! If you do not tell them to clean your room they go in a dirty room just to make the beds and change towels. Unless you tell them the type of cleaning it needs and to change linens it must be done under your order! Never heard of this type of service not even on a 2 star hotel, which have more selection and much better breakfast area away from the Hotel’s entrance!

This hotel can only be regarded just OK only for a very short stay, max 2-3 days - your luggage is your wardrobe which you slide under the bed (if it fits). There is no safe box, no closet, no drawers! It is really a mystery how did it got 4 stars when it lacks basic amenities and the breakfast is truly not even a joke at the entrance area next to the concierge! Windows literally have as a view the wall of another building less than a meter reach! Note, it is not an option to opt out from every day cleaning your room, rather it is compulsory to opt out from the every day room cleaning, you must tell them one day before what and where to clean. Also it has some short of military charter on certain decisions/rules they have. For example, if you have paid for room with breakfast and due to jet lag you wake up past breakfast time you cannot exchange the breaky coupons to amenity store vouchers after 10:00am.....any European who lands in Tokyo wakes up after 10:00am for a week at least due to time diff. One needs to do the breaky coupons exchange to vouchers the day before for next days breakfast (a tedious "red-tape" time consuming moment as these coupons bear 3 stamps! 2 Date stamps and a special red one!)

I like the traditional Tatami floor.
