The location is great, but be aware of the schedule at the nearby stadium to determine traffic.

The directions we were sent were wrong, there is a human sized hole in the wall in the hallway of the condo, the second bed to sleep on is a futon with metal bars that keep you from laying, the a/c does not work and the room is always hot. The reviews of this building talk about shootings and a blood filled elevator.

Location was excellent and they provided on-site parking for a reasonable fee.

Some lights were not working. The parking at a curb that said my car could be towed was not helping my anxiety. Had some issues with the fob for opening the garage.

Very nice two bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto. Whole apartment for about the same price as a 2 queen bed hotel room. Easy walking distance to the CN Tower and Union Station. Lots of restaurant choices and things to do close by. Coffee and tea provided which was a nice touch.. Kitchen with dishes and cookware provided if you want to make meals. Check in and out very easy. The staff provided timely and detailed instructions for key pick up and for checkout.

Der Service war eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Wir haben uns bereits am ersten Abend über das defekte Schlafsofa beschwert, weil die Federung kaputt war und eine normal große Person nicht richtig auf dem Sofa liegen konnte. Die Servicemitarbeiter haben uns über 2 Tage lang hingehalten, eine Lösung versprochen, die wir nie erhalten haben, und am Ende haben sie uns nur noch ignoriert. Das Apartment sollte für 2, nicht für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben sein, und so ein dreistes Verhalten haben wir noch nie erlebt.

My experience from the beginning was not satisfactory at all. At first, the apartment management requested excessive personal information and asked unrelated questions. Additionally, they charged me 1000 CAD deposit insurance due to me being 23 years old, as the minimum age requirement is 25. Instead of canceling the reservation, they chose to impose this fee, which was almost double the cost of my stay of two nights. . Despite their promise to refund the deposit within 7 days of check-out, I did not receive it until 12 days later. When asked about the delay, they said they were not responsible, but rather PayPal or the Bank. However, I think that if they use a system to collect deposits, they should be well informed about the refund schedule and share it with customers in advance. Their communication was also marked by constant reminders that I would only receive check-in instructions if I met all their conditions such as paying the 1000 CAD deposit. The check-in process itself was cumbersome. The instructions told me to first go to the 50th floor and then go up to the 53rd floor to retrieve the keys. His reasoning was that an elevator was not working on that floor, a claim that was false. Upon entering the apartment I found that the air conditioning was defective; It simply functioned as a fan and did not cool the space, forcing us to sleep with the window open. Additionally, the curtains were in poor condition and the master bedroom window was stuck. The only feature that stood out was the view.

Le fait qu’il n’y ai aucun arrangement possible pour pouvoir partir 3 h plus tard que l’heure normale de sortie alors que le logement n’était pas reloué le soir même. Et ce malgré le prix assez cher de la location!! Les ascenseurs de l’immeuble tombaient souvent en panne et nous étions au 52 eme étage ce qui provoquait des longues attentes pour monter ou descendre. Mais heureusement nous n’avons pas été obligé de monter les 52 étages à pied !
