I like their breakfast they serve every morning. And like also the staff, they are friendly.

wifi does not work in the room, shower is either too cold or to hot. the room i booked had musty smell, so i needed to upgrade it.

Good location, right on the river The budget room is cheap - 1080 per night

We booked a budget room for 2 nights. Photos of the room showed a bathroom. Room description didn't mention a shared bathroom. When we arrived we were surprised to know the bathroom is shared. The way from the room to the bathroom goes right next to a common space. We didn't make a scene, just politely told the owner that maybe next time it's better to mention in room description that it's a shared bathroom. To this the owner said: "everybody knows that a budget room mean shared bathroom. If it's unclear, I don't care, all of my customers are regular and they know the place, and you are the only one who complains anyway. If you want to can cancel the booking and go somewhere else" We didn't even wanted to cancel but because of this attitude of course we cancelled the booking and went somewhere else. We got a refund for the second night, but I still recommend to avoid this place. This is not a way to treat new customers. Otherwise, enjoy the cheap price but know it's a shared bathroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel located on the banks of the Loboc river in the Philippines, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location was simply perfect, with stunning views of the river and easy access to various attractions in the area. What stood out to me the most, however, was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were also comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And the hotel restaurant served delicious local cuisine, adding to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Loboc. With its prime location, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations, it truly exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They answered all our questions and helped us arrange a cheap car to get around the area. They even recommended a route that we should take. Free water refills. Nice pool area. Slides into the river which is super fun. The food is really tasty and reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Nice location overlooking the river, walking distance to the town. Reasonably priced!

The rooms and bathrooms need some TLC and maintenance. Window broken so lots of insects could get in. Old furniture. The bathroom needs touching up and could be a little cleaner. Also, there was a big mix up with our payment at the end as they hadn't noted that we'd already paid for a meal. Make sure you keep track of what you order and pay for as their record keeping is not the best!

Highly recommended. The setting is great, the pool is nice and the food is good. But mainly, the staff here were excellent. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had a medical emergency and had to stay for some extra days.

It’s a very beautiful hotel with perfect-decorated area and a river view. I expected everything around me: the design is really cute, there are thousands plants, and all is made with love! It was my pleasure to stay in such lovely, cozy and quiet place☺️ Also I loved the staff!! They do everything to make you feeling good. Also they can organise a firefly watching tour for too and the boat will pick up you almost from your room!))

Though the place is very beautiful, I think the budget room is overpriced. It is very ascetic and must cost 10-12$, not 20! 20$ without breakfast is TOO MUCH! The restaurant is also ascetic, the choice is poor and food isn’t too much tasty. But I loved this place anyway. Thank you:)

Wonderful location by the river

Location on the river was really nice.

The outside area for breakfast and hanging out was pretty run-down. There was lots of construction happening but I guess this is from the typhoon and floods from last year. Looks like they are trying to repair which is good, and I guess you can't fault them for that.

Lovely place next to the river. Worth a visit to see all the mosaic. There is even a restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner and absolutely good prices even for the beers. The WiFi is working well!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner!

Staff went above and beyond to help us out on a number of fronts. On site motorbike rental had good quality bikes. Restaurant portions were very good (butter chicken was good!)

The pics made it clear enough but the rooms were fairly basic - no other complaints so long as you go in with the right expectations

Location, friendly atmosphere, cheap price

We had hoped to swim in the Loboc river, but due to rain season, the river was muddy and not nice. The hotel is partly under renovation and facilities seems to be improved

Everything. Lovely and very helpful stuff. You can rent scooter and tours there. The place is amazing. They have also good restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, whatever you need! Right at the shore of loboc River. Amazing views

Due to the "rainy season" we were accommodated here alone, or almost alone. The helpfulness of the staff was incredible, they could have brought us blue from the sky. The owner came by every day to ask if everything was ok and had a few words with us. We also rented scooters here and were completely satisfied. The breakfast was good and the view was perfect.

Had a very lovely stay here and even extended for another night. Perfect location to go to the main tourist attractions in Bohol. We rented a scooter for a reasonable price and there is a hot shower. The team are lovely, family run business very chatty and helpful without being intrusive at all. Beautiful views of the river and the food was very good too. Would highly recommend staying here for the price you are paying

Rooms are more basic but it didn’t distract from our stay at all.
