The house was a little dirty and spider webs on the kitchen ceiling. We were not notified that the pool was closed from Monday to Thursday of our stay. When I reached out to see about the hot tub it took several days for a reply. The lack of communication was very poor. Weiterlesen

The Cleanliness of the home, organization such as finding remotes for the TVs , shower in downstairs bathroom would not get cold, the TVs in two rooms did not work, tried to call the after hours number and it did not work, stained walls and the couches were a bit stained. Weiterlesen

The main issues were cleanliness, when we arrived the living rooms were in disarray the floors were dirty we had to sweep and clean up what should’ve already been done. Our door code we were given didn’t work and neither did our WiFi user and password. They gave me the instructions, and come to find out the WiFi wasn’t even connected. Weiterlesen
Fire Alarm went off on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed
The property was mostly clean, although the baseboards were in need of attention. the water pressure was outstanding in the showers. the property looked exactly like the pictures. The property was very spacious for all eight of us. Weiterlesen
If it wasn't for the fact that on 2 of the nights the smoke detectors went off alerting us of a nonexistent fire from the hours of 3 am to 630 am, this might have been a decent stay. There is nobody to answer the phone on the weekends as the office hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday and the extension to maintenance tells me that the mailbox is full, even though he did somehow show up and change the batteries in all the smoke detectors the alarm still went off the next day. We did have an issue with being harassed by another person claiming we were parking in her parking spot even though it was clearly marked guest, that can be overlooked, losing 2 nights of sleep due to faulty smoke detectors can not. The property was gorgeous and location was great too . Many restaurants, shops and grocery stores .
The only thing that I was very disappointed was that my husband fell on the patio and he got really hurt . There was a gap between the fence and the patio and his leg went thru it , causing cuts and bruises . We notified the property manager and they fight do anything for him . They had a first kit but only had a-tips and popsicle sticks in it . Don’t even bother getting anything done from them . Weiterlesen
The stay was exceptional!
The property exceeded our expectations. We had a 3 bedroom suite. Every room had it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was very spacious and so was the living room. My kids enjoyed the pool, they love to be in the water. We will definitely be back, this will be our home away from home. Weiterlesen

Everything was so bad blood bandaids no one ever cleaned because they literally waisted so much and our vacation had small children and everything was so nasty sheets had stains and couch someone had written on it everything else horrible vacation we had came to celebrate my son passing away by going on a big trip and it was horrible Weiterlesen

Some of the Bed comforters were dingy. Not enough towels were provided and when I asked for more, I was asked in return how many I needed only to never receive them. Trash isn’t picked up like it should be which causes a mess. I also didn’t like that the morning of my leave, staff (a man and an angry woman) were parked outside in a black suv pointing and watching us as we packed up to leave in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Amazing!
Literally everything! When we walked in, it had exceeded our expectations! The beds we so comfortable! The showers were amazing! It was very convenient having a laundry room, and made it easier to pack light for our trip. The decor was beautiful! We had 4 bedrooms and stayed for 6 nights, and the price can't even compare to anywhere else for the value of our stay. We will definitely be staying here again! Weiterlesen

When i arrived at check-in at 5:00pm (Check-in was said to be between 4:00pm and 11:59pm in the email that was sent to me) There was nobody there to check-in with. The property office was closed at 4:00pm. I was supposed to have been given instructions i.e the code to get into the property but nothing was sent to me. Imagine my panic when I had my whole family with me and no one on the property to speak to about getting into a place that I had spent $1,028.00 for! I had to call Columbia Management and luckily I was able to get a hold of someone who was able to help me out. They sent me an email with information for another unit on the property with the code for the door so that we could enter the property. I feel this aggravation could have been avoided if there had been someone on the property at all times. Also... the accommodations said two hand towels per bathroom. We were missing some hand towels and there was no laundry detergent either. I tried calling the property manager but there was no answer. I didn't have time to wait around and keep calling because my family had other plans to visit Disney and do other things on vacation. Weiterlesen

I didn't like that our property did not have patio furniture and also after we ran through the two garbage bags in the kitchen we had to buy our own. We had 7 people in our home so two trash bags were definitely not enough for 4 days. Weiterlesen

No overhead lighting in bedrooms and all light bulbs were burned out in all lamps. Empty water bottles were found scattered around when we arrived. It was not cleaned properly. Batteries in remotes for tvs were removed. The refrigerator door does not close completely. I texted these issues and got no response. Weiterlesen
