It’s very cute and convenient. It provides what a family needs for a vacation home, e.g. a full kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils, a dining area, smart TV, board games. A full kitchen was a life saver for Christmas, as the limited selection of restaurants around were closed on the day.

Even though the host communicated proactively, our issues weren’t addressed during the stay. We only had one big towel for two of us with 2 small kids. We couldn’t find the extra trash bags. The shower head fell off. The host sent someone to fix it. When we came back, it fell off again. The strong stream of water shot all over the place. My kid screamed, because it was so scary. Plus, not sure why the bed was so tall, I (5’6)had a hard time to get in and out the bed. And, the bed is not fastened. Every time, my husband got up, I could feel the whole bed was moving. He’s not heavy at all.
