Alright for last minute overnight stay if required. Would not stay at this property again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned to an acceptable level.

Room A/C did not work, room was very small and bed was very uncomfortable. Location had very limited access for places to eat. Parking was difficult in very confined basement.

Disappointing and expensive.

The location is great and my previous experience was very positive - I stayed for 2 nights some weeks back.

The room was small and only had a a sky light window. Given that I paid $400/night (which I assume was loading because of the Grand Prix), I was very disappointed.

Great location with lots of shops, restaurants

Room size is great. Nice to have couch / place to relax, as well as bed. Bed very comfortable

Fire alarm going off at 4am and having to evacuate on to street. Unavoidable I know

Very close to the beach, smart room, comfotable bed

Good that there was parking at the hotel. Very handy for a nice restaurant across the road.

Location close to beach and facilities was excellent. Small kitchen with microwave and stove top met all our needs.

Windows next to public walkway was disconcerting.

The room we stayed in had no view and looked into a concrete wall. Bed was too soft causing you to roll towards the other person

The accommodation was great for a business trip and the staff were very friendly.

The location - close to city and Eastern suburbs for work purposes. Close to the beach for morning / evening walks and close to many restaurants for dinner choices.

Free parking, given it is under the building and not in the city
