The location, the facilities and the treatment of the staff. They were attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Definitely we’ll be back!

We had a room that leaked from the faucet/pipes in the wall/floor of the stone/tile shower (it was a really nice shower!) The manager put us in the executive room for no charge within 30 minutes, so kind!

There was problems with the first room having bad plumbing and leaking. It's the Philippines, it happens. The staff was responsive and kind. The mechanic arrived within 5 minutes and within 5 minutes of him leaving with his findings, the manager on duty had us back down in the lobby and hooking us up with their best executive suite, 1 tier up from our original room. And they kindly apologized for the inconvenience. So bad, but really good recovery. Made a sad discovery an exciting one! We can't thank them enough.

I booked through booking.com and checked the box that says the room was inclusive of breakfast. But when I checked in I was told it wasn't part of the package. I think you need to tell Booking.com to be truthful when they advertise. Your reputation could be affected. Second, I suggest you upgrade your IT system because it took us 30 mins to check in because your system was very slow.

I enjoyed the breakfast!

There was one young lady staff that had a tear in her dress. I’m sure it was not her fault because it’s a uniform. Did not look good for the hotel, but she was very nice and hospitable.

Big Comfortable room with nice city view. Easy car parking. Excellent breakfast, I will definitely explore this part of Manila from this particular hotel.

The location was excellent. There were many choices of shops and places to eat. Everyone at the hotel were very courteous.

Everything was good. Maybe a few extra sachets of coffee and creamer would have been good instead of just the two each morning
