Lovely hotel, underrated, couldnt fault it. Very clean with good comfortable beds nice facilities.

Overall staying was good, excellent breakfast especially the Indomie Station i do love it. All the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only staying for 1 night but for sure our next visit will stay again.

nothing worthy to mention. Don’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel

- Unable to borrow cutleries as in house guest. Indirectly give us the only option to buy their food that we didn’t want in order to borrow the cutleries. The staff mentioned that it’s their hotel policy. I travel a lot and been to many countries but this is the first time I experienced such inhospitable stay. - Early in the morning at 6.30 AM, the staff came and knocked on the door, also ring the phone at the same time to collect an iron that we never borrowed or had in our room. Ruined our day as we slept late that night. - We forgot to take off the “do not disturb” sign off the door so we missed the housekeeping service. We arrived late so we needed a 2 bottle of complimentary water from the housekeeping. I had explained the situation but they made me feel like it was my fault for missing the service and also they crossed examined me whether I was already given the 2 bottles on the day.

Room & Facilities have all what you need when travelling (Leisure or Working). Bfast just OK but not that excellent. Their BFast Coffee from machine taste fresh and great. Location close to Mall, Supermarket and MRT Station.

Pool floor quite dirty and the Alley floor carpets scent not fresh when we arrive.

As a new member of your Loyalty/rewards club, I asked for some support from your front desk team regarding rewards program. I may add here, as your advertising highlights guests should do, I WAS TOLD TO DO IT THE NEXT TIME STAYED! I then raised this matter on your webpage.......I am still waiting after 30+ days for a reply! I find the process of trying to join/manage your Loyalty/rewards club, difficult to say the least, given all the hype regarding it.

1. very accommodative when we requested for a room change. 2. the front office staff were courteous and respectful

1. requested for praying mat but not getting it on a timely manner. we waited and waited. 2.the breakfast food were mainly local and no butter for the bread. the margarine and the rest of the spreads look sloppy. please provide actual butter for the bread.

General atmosphere was appealing and the breakfast was great for the price. Proximity to major supermarkets and eateries. Transportation hub of the city.

The general waiting area isn't adequate and more facilities required.

Need more breakfast options

Clean, basic amenities available, attentive staff. Room Service food tastes good and is not too overpriced.

1. Tiny bathroom space with awkward spatial arrangement. One door serves both as bathroom door and shower door. Also no place to put my shampoo bottles in the shower area. 2. Wish there was more outdoor area options to chill under the sun during the day. But not a deal breaker given 3 star hotel.

Staff polite but require better training. Breakfast was OK but not for European.

Waiting for lifts. Noisy traffic, windows not glazed properly to reduce sound. Kept meawake until I purchased some ear plugs. Coffee machine in restaurant to slow. Did not like management attitude towards his staff.

Breakfast ok. Staff Niory? Very helpful.

Noise from traffic . Staff need better training to slow in cafe. Slippy shower area requires non slip mat. Staff manager in restaurant told a girl in not a very nice way not to leave her post. She went to get me cheese for my omelette. He should have been more sensitive. Even better if he was any good at his job he would have got the cheese himself to help ,not made the girl nervous and upset. He is lucky i didnt smack him in the face. Lifts not good waiting to long when busy times.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location is great. Wifi was available throughout the property and fast.
