Les serviettes misent sur les transats le matin par les clients pour garder la place ce n’est pas normal dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il faut enlever les serviettes sales quand le client rentre dans sa chambre.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, everything is well kept and clean! The breakfast is amazing too. The best thing however about the hotel is the staff, willing to go above and beyond for you so that your holiday is special. Many thanks to Samah for the kind hospitality! Will be visiting again in the future.

The room was big enough.

The room smelled really bad and they couldn't move me. And the property is very large, so it was a long walk to get anywhere. I went to the restaurant for dinner and was informed I couldn't charge it to my room because they had not asked for a deposit when I checked in. I didn't have my wallet with me, so I had to walk a long way back to my room for cash, then walk a long way back to pay, then walk a long way back to the room. And when I came with the money, we couldn't find the waiter (who had the bill), so that took almost 20 minutes. The place is filled with young adults in skimpy clothing, more like a Club Med than a nice hotel. At checkout, I had to ask for a copy of my bill, and the clerk was obviously annoyed she had to print it out for me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Très moyen malgré le côté pseudo impressionnant du hall d entrée ..le reste est un classique des hôtels de masses

Personnels très très moyens (du concierge à la sécurité ou pire encore au petit déjeuner..zéro organisation ni management)

We liked everything about the property except that the air conditioning was a little cold at night and there were a couple of lamps that didn’t work but nothing major.

The air conditioning was cold at night was the main issue and we couldn’t increase the temperature as it was centrally set.
