The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it

The rooms were dirty. In 221 we Found a French fry by the bed. There wasn’t a shower curtain, the ceiling was drooping (maybe water damage). The bed headboard had a hole and lampshade was damaged 219 had hair on the bathtub walls. There was a puddle of water In front of interior cooling unit

The room door wouldn't close so anyone could open it even with key. The bathroom had a big hole in tile so water was coming inside it. The floors were wet. It was dampy in the whole room. Water appear to be in socket Bec I had to buy another one because it popped and damaged my chord. The walls had mildew on them and rust on lamps. Bathroom door had a mirror but was ripped off so you saw black pieces hanging. Pillow cases were stained luckily I had my own but eventually just laid in car because SOMEONE CAME KNOCKING AT MY DOOR AND I DIDN'T EXPECT ANY VISITORS AT ALL. THE ADDRESS IS WRONG NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. IT SENT ME TO GOVERNMENT STREET TO A BUSINESS. Very awful. The pictures are not accurate at all. Also it's connected with another motel which they are still the same.

I did not like anything about it, they gave me 2 dirty rooms. I requested a refund for one of the rooms because the other family left to another place. I’m waiting for my refund.

Had to get my room changed, the first one was dirty. Like they had marked it clean, but nothing had been touched

Filthy. Bath drain clogged. I stood in ankle deep water while showering. No vanity. Just a pedestal sink with unmatched old faucet handles. Smashed bugs on the floor. Only one washcloth for two people. Hair on sheets and in sink. So I'm not sure the sheets were changed after the previous customer. Maybe. Floor needs hard scrubbing. Threshold needs scrubbing. Just one little trash can. Mildew smell throughout. There is no apparent extra effort to make it pleasant for the customer. They just take the money and run. I generally use Wyndham motels as a higher bar when booking rooms. Wyndham needs to address, or just drop their affiliation with this location. Very disappointing. And I'm not that picky of a guy. I just ask for proper accommodations. I'll never go here again.

I stayed at your property checking in on 04/26/2023 and checking out 04/272023. Room number 129 was assigned to us. It was unacceptable. The room was dirty, dusty, noisy and the sink didn’t drain properly. when asked for a room change I was told that there were no other rooms with King Bed available. Besides, the room was a state of disrepair please see photos:

I liked that it was a cheap place to stay for a couple of hours of rest. It was close to the hospital that I needed to be at as well. The breakfast was decent also.

I didn't like that the floors hadn't been cleaned, and i couldn’t walk around without stuff sticking to the bottom of my feet and socks. My pillow cases had stains on them, and it seemed very unclean to me and run down. There was no toilet paper holder on the wall because it was broken and laying on the floor, and there were only two towels for showering.

Room was very poor dirty , Food crumbs in the bed like someone previously slept in the bed , Orange Red Dirt all over the room . Dirt stains that looked recent in the tub . Asked manger to have the room cleaned while we were out and she said they aren’t obligated to have the room cleaned

The staff was very friendly

I didn’t like the fact that I put $100 deposit for incidentals and I had to go back and get it at a certain time because they said they can’t get in the drawer to get it until maintenance. Got there which I don’t know why maintenance has anything to do with getting money out and I don’t know why I even had to put a deposit since we got into a room and the towels were absolutely disgustingly, dirty used and re-folded. The shampoo bottle was half empty so that was used as well. There was men’s hair I don’t even know what kind of hair stuck to the towels and sheets on the bed. Looks like somebody pulled them off and stepped on them and put them back on the bed, it was absolutely horrible. The only thing that was good. There is a staff I give them credit for that they were very nice people.
