I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel was clean but the toilet always kept getting clogged. The toilet paper was inferior quality. It wasn't even one-ply. I think it was a half-ply. We had to buy our own toilet paper at a nearby convenience store. The bathroom door lock was broken so we had to keep warning my co-occupants that someone was inside the bathroom. There were 2 elevators but one was under repair throughout my stay and I was there for 10 days. Other than that, the place served its purpose of providing a habitable place to take a bath and sleep. But there's a lot, as in, A LOT that could be improved. I might stay here again if I don't find a better place. I'll just remember to bring my own toilet paper. Let me add that during 1 time I ate in their cafe, I noticed that the paper napkin I was about to use had what appeared to be lipstick stains. I complained to the restaurant staff but they were quick to blame it on the napkin supplier.

Water is dripping from the air conditioning of the initial room I was booked in. Since it was late, I decided to stay in the same room and I was transferred to a different room the next day. The rooms need to be renovated as some of the fixtures are already damaged, eg., tables and chairs are worn. The bathroom also needs serious upgrade as there are molds everywhere. One of the lifts is also not working, my room was just in the second floor so I just used the stairs whenever the lift is busy. The best part of the stay here is definitely the staff as they were really helpful in all of my asks.

Great place to stay. Staff was very attentive to the needs of guests. Very safe and clean. Will stay here again!

The rooms were reasonably priced. They were spacious and clean. However, there were molds in the bathroom. They transferred us to different rooms but they still had some mold, just not as bad. I could see some mold in the shower head too. I woke up with insect bites on my legs and arm, possibly bed bugs and because of those issues, I decided to switch hotels and they gave me the refund for the unused position of my stay. I think these issues need to be mentioned. I had read 2 reviews that mentioned molds and I ignored it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient because it is an easy walk to Megamall and ShangriLa.
