The Front Desk Staff were friendly and eager to please. They did a room change to accommodate our needs and offered to upgrade to a suite.
Housekeeping worked hard, was friendly, and helpful. Maintenace Our room was spacious but needed updating. Bathtub had been resurfaced and was slippery, needed a bath matt. We had a warm breakfast but the attendant wasn't able to keep up with the demands.

I reserved here bc of the good reviews, but we were super disappointed.
Cons: There was no hot water. You could hear the pipes when the toilet flushed. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The carpet and the tile floor in the room both stayed damp, which was super weird and gross. It was really late and we were super tired when we arrived, so we just decided to chalk it up to lesson learned, and go to bed. Breakfast the next morning was another disappointment. We went down at 6:30 and most everything was gone.
Pros: The check in and check out staff were very nice. The bed was comfy (although the weird overstuffed square pillows were not).

I had never stayed there before. Convenient and staff was helpful. I didn’t try the free breakfast but it smelled good. My complaints: 1) internet for phone (thankfully it worked on computer when I needed it to) wasn’t connecting. Easier to use 5G. 2) Lighting- no central lighting in rooms, just lamps. Even with all on I needed more light to read and it made the room seem a bit dingy. Would stay again.

I was very pleased with the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro. The accomadations were excellent and the staff friendly and pleasant. I will defiantly book this again the next time I am in Jonesboro.

My room was roomy and easy accessible. It is obvious that it is old and the tile floors in the bathroom were dirty and the toilet was loose and rocked. The food bar was lacking in what they were putting out and did not prepare enough for all of their guests. They ran out of bowls for the cereal.

The stay started off fine. The staff assigned a room with room key. The first night went without incident. The second night the staff had reassigned the room to someone else about midnight. The quests tried to enter the room. When confronting the staff about the incident, the proceeded to blame us of being in the wrong room. Wonder how when they assigned the room and key card.

It was a nice and convenient stay. After being on the road for quite some time, it was nice to find a nice, clean place to stay and with a Cracker Barrel a very short walk away!

It’s dirty inside and out. Tried to get breakfast but all the employees cut in front and took all the food. They are rude and will never stay at another BW again.

I hated the blue/gray interior color and carpet. It looks exactly like my workplace which was last remodeled in the 1980’s.

When I arrived the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. Then once I finally checked in and went up stairs to use the restroom. He called my room and told me to re move my car. Next morning for breakfast they ran out of food and the lady was complaining she was moving as fast as he could. I will not be back

Shower curtain was missing.
Freezer of refrigerator was frozen solid.
Floor tiles were slippery.
Duvet/comforter edges were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for some time.
Entire hotel had an air freshener smell that was extremely overdone.
We won’t choose this hotel on our next visit.

property was poorly maintained as in not repaired but made do with less expensive repairs. breakfast was a little different with the help eating while replenishing the self service food .without the staff being behind the counter you couldn't identify any of them. maid staff members gathered in the the portico smoking and bs's on their break.overall your motel could have been in a third world country.just my opinion and you asked for it

The hotel was older but clean. Our beds were extra firm. The smell of weed was strong both nights. Breakfast was decent. Due to being near the highway the noise level was high.

The “Expedia Room” I was given was so small there was no room for a chair much less a desk. I have family who have stayed there and had suite sized accommodations! Housekeeping left fresh towels on rack but left wet ones on the floor. This facility barely met my most needs.

I specifically picked this hotel fir the pool, so upon arrival i was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for the season. Maybe if I had paid closer attention to the pictures I would have noticed they had an outdoor pool, but it might be good to note that pool availability is seasonal.
Also I arrived in the evening. Being alone in town and not knowing where to get food, I hoped there might be good snacks available but that area was almost completely empty. There were a few chips and some refrigerated sandwiches. The man at the desk said the supplies had not been refilled. I don’t see why that area couldn’t be continually stocked; it’s not that hard.
But the room was nice and staff very helpful.

The staff was always talking about someone and when you came around they would whisper . Made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t offer a hello or how are you doing .

The room was very nice and spacious, like an efficency apartment. However, there was no hot water. I ran the water longer to get it tepid than i was in the shower. had to run the faucet and the shower to get it reasonable.

The overall stay was good… very spacious but the bathrooms are very small and inconvenient with the door opening into the bathroom. You have to close the door to get inside the tub
