Close to airport, short ride with shuttle. Tasty meal at he bar. Personel on desks very friendly and helpful.

Location good. We were just staying overnight for further flights. Appreciated the shuttle bus to and from hotel.

Breakfast very expensive. We waited until we got to airport. - A bit scary at check-in. We arrived late at night and the clerk had trouble finding our reservation.

An sich ok aber ziemlich alt und total in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig, wir sind oft wach geworden von anderen Gästen auf dem Gang. Die Lobby, gleichzeitig auch Restaurant, war super laut. WLAN muss man extra zahlen und das bei dem Übernachtungspreis.

I think it’s pathetic that they don’t provide water to guest in the room. For what you pay a few bottles of water won’t hurt. This hotel is dated. Some new upgrades in the room would help.

Hilton WAR einmal ein Name. Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und es wird offenbar nicht mehr saniert. Schade! Die Preise im Hotel sind überteuert.

Food dry. Reheat burgers were dry and tasteless. Room service forget the desert. No fan in the bathroom stink the room. . Food order on TV failed with connect error. Calling 2271 for room service ring forever but no answer for 5 tries. No hard copy of food menu incase online fail.

Close to the airport. 24/7 shuttle ( driver was great!). Bed was very comfy and the whole facility very clean. Enjoyed a very yummy Cobb salad from the lobby Grab and Go.

Liked everything! There was nothing you could want for, staff were absolutely fantastic, all kinds of food choices and snack choices, room was amazing!

That I had to leave and go home haha

The price was affordable and the room was overall good. The towels and the bed linen were good. The shuttle bus was really handy. The food was quite good, although pricey.

The reception staff was unfriendly, a deposit of $250 per night with a debit card was required (my credit card was declined). The floor in the right hand corner of the room was wet for some reason, my luggage that I placed there got wet. The coffee machine was dusty. The heating unit was too noisy. No bottled water was provided. The bathroom sliding door is a ridiculous thing, it’s the first time I see something of this kind in a hotel room. The bathroom itself is small, and it is impossible to regulate the water pressure in the shower.

The staff upon arrival were amazingly friendly, and actually upgraded my room unexpectedly! This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight so that was such a nice touch! The room was WAY more than I expected so I had a great sleep for my early morning out the next day.

The "living room"/ seating area had a couch that was ripped up, but considering I didn't need to use it I was fine with that. Please replace that couch for your next guest :D.

Easy access from the airport, lovely room with great facilities, very helpful and friendly staff! Lovely environment (bar, restaurant etc).

I was surprised to learn they did not take my Hilton Honours membership because it was book through Booking.com a third party.

Really nice and clean hotel, very close to the airport. Perfect for short stays before a flight. A hotel shuttle departs every 30 minutes all day, making reaching even very early / late flights possible by staying in this hotel.

Trying to see the city while staying in the hotel was a little cumbersome. To get to the city, you first have to take the airport shuttle into the airport and then the UP express into Toronto. Moreover, finding the correct spot where the airport shuttle departed from the airport to the hotel was quite difficult.

Check in and check out was easy. Room was comfortable and location of hotel was ideal to the airport. I enjoyed the shuttle service to the airport.

The adjacent Mosaic lounge service was not good. Also, the complimentary water was provided the first night of my stay as a Hilton Member but was not offered on my second stay.

Bartender was nice in the hotel bar, same with the server at breakfast. Wifi worked decently well.

I waited and waited and waited for a shuttle from the airport. They say it’s every hour near midnight, but I don’t know what was going on my night. I saw some of the other hotel shuttles go by 2 or 3 times in the time I waited.

We had ordered a wake up call et 3:30. We woke up at 11:30 because an alarm hard not been reset by the staff. We got up and did not realized what was happening before we arrived in thé reception

Breakfast was delicious. Loved the exercise room. It was convenient for what I needed.

You can hear everything in the halls so if you're noise sensitive, it can be uncomfortable/not as relaxing.

Bathroom was filthy. Carpet was filthy. Windows, covered in prints and smears. The electrical in the bathroom and another plug is questionable at best. Reached out to management with no reply. Very disappointing considering money spent.
