location is great, and it's a good option for an affordable long stays in Manhattan

rooms are super small. some rooms share bathrooms.

Friendly quiet location

Stayed here for two months, March and April. Absolutely enjoyed the excellent location and ambience. Hotel is just few minutes' walk to main attractions like the Empire State Building and Flatiron, Macy's at Heralds, museums, countless restaurants and movie complexes, etc. Neighborhood was pleasant and rather peaceful. Room decor was classy and warm with vintage furnishings and ample lighting. Housekeeping / maintenance teams were efficient and kept the rooms clean and well maintained. Front Desk team members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available and sincerely committed to ensuring that the guests enjoyed a truly comfortable stay at this hotel.

The best price for Manhattan. Moreover Greg is always available to guide and help you whatever you need.

Elevator very small and old.

Convenient if you are focussed on business in the area. it is no frillsy but charming. The elevator is an old one that is brass-gated with a wood door in front of it. Good for two people. Like being on set in an old movie. Very clean.

For 100 bucks a night a small fridge in the room was required and a microwave. I will be staying six weeks and food costs are insane in NYC right now. Two block walk to laundry services. $14 for a load done by the laundromat. Didn't bother me but like everything in the city very expensive.

I liked everything: from the front desk kindness and efficiency to the cleaning service. Till now it is the best stay in a hotel for me

It is an old building of NY so it brings the general issues of all kind of old buildings

Absolutely enjoyed staying at this unique and trendy boutique style hotel for two full months (Oct &Nov) during our work related trip to NY !!!!!!!
