Staff was great the young lady at the front desk was very helpful think her name was diamond and my room was very comfortable

The staff is always so friendly when we stay at this property. The room was spacious and the lobby is very neat.

The Jacuzzi in our room was very old and pieces of it were fallen apart. The mattress needed to be replaced.

Super comfy room at a decent price. We have traveled to NOFO may times and often stay in Riverhead on our trips - this was the first time staying at the Hilton Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean - a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the meal was fine, though there was a large party staying in the hotel that night and the staff was a little overwhelmed in the morning.

Location is a bit weird - given where it's located on the main road you have to drive a short distance away from Riverhead before turning around to head back into town. Not the worse thing in the world but it did add to the Uber tabs when we were heading into town for dinner.
