I had an excellent stay with amazing customer service. The room was very nice, and the overall presentation of the hotel was impressive.

The bathroom needed some more cleaning unfortunately.

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious with bedroom separated in another room. Very clean and comfortable size beds. Also a pullout in the bedroom and another in the living room. View of the pool. Very small balcony. The staff was great and polite. Near the San Jose Airport and very convenient.

Sunday morning is the only day, which I needed, that didn't have breakfast. I didn't see that stated on their sight. Parking is $18 a day. Make sure you sign up or notify them the time you want to be picked up or dropped off. Luckily the driver had room in her van to take me get a rental car. The day we were leaving, a prius car in the parking lot had it's back windows smashed. Luckily ours was not touched.

I had payed in advance for my room with breakfast included, only to be told once I was there that on Sundays there is no breakfast! There was no hairdryer in the room. The housekeeping service tried to enter my room while I was still sleeping (luckily I had locked the door from inside and they couldn't open it completely)

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The cleanliness and safety are excellent.

Wish the restaurant/bar was open more consistently. Would be nice to dine/drink in the evenings in the lovely area down stairs.
