This is the FIRST TIME EVER I don't like a Holiday Inn. I was greeted by an angry clerk who YELLED AT ME. I was placed at a handicap room, couldn't shower appropriately, bathroom room COULDN'T CLOSE. HAD NO SLEEP DUE TO BURNING NOSE DUE TO ROOM STINKING LIKE CIGARETTES. BREAKFAST WAS GROSS AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY PLEASE!

It was all so good.. the lady that check us in was so helpful and friendly.. she went way out her way in helping us and was so friendly.. I don’t remember her name.. but she was so good..

Everything was good except the night time.. it was warm at night we like to get it a little colder to sleep and the ac would not go any colder.. it actually was warm in the room.. like we couldn’t even use covers.. but other then that the stay was great..
