HOTEL WERE NICE , BUT WAS UNDER REMODLING AT TIME OF VISIT , Staff were extra Friendly.

We have stayed many times. I am always happy with how clean the rooms are. Some have recently been updated as well.

At check in front desk clerk was MIA. Literally we waited for over an hour just to check in. We searched the hotel after some time with concern for the employee. We have stayed many times at this location and knew this was very unusual. We thought he may have had a medical emergency so we finally ended up calling 911 after multiple attempts of contacting corporate and booking.com. Desk clerk finally showed after another 20 to 30 minutes and seemed to be under the influence. He was irritated with us for calling for a well check because he had to file a report with the manager (which we found out he didn't even complete after speaking with the manager ourselves). He informed us he had to and I quote "go....do......something". The pool was hot tub temp and other folks seemed disgruntled with it because they couldn't stay in for more than 5 minutes or so without feeling overheated. Lots of construction going on and so much dust from that, but that's to be expected with renovations so it didn't bother us. Overall this is usually a nice place to stay, but we had an awful experience to the point we will now avoid it. I feel management really didn't care whatsoever and brushed off the problems like it wasn't a real problem.

Water leak in the breakfast room and really big spider web at my balcony door that I walked through as soon as I got there the first night.

My third time staying at this location and it never disappoints
