I liked everything about the property

Certain staff members even the st*p*d maids were rude b*****

Breakfast was amazing, pool was great, staff were lovely! Enjoyed our stay here loads

Location and cleanliness

The parking

The property was clean and it was in a good location near restaurants and freeway exits.

On the first night there, somebody opened our door at 2am, thankfully we had our door stopper on so they weren’t able to come in, but even though we had the lock on and the do not disturb sign, someone tried to still come into our room. We also had housekeeping opening our door twice without even knocking first, again while having our do not disturb sign on and the locks in place. My partner and I, did not have a comfortable stay, we got little to no sleep due to the scare we got from individuals attempting to open our door multiple times. Upon talking to front desk, they said that it might’ve been the night auditor at 2am but that they weren’t sure.

the pillows in the room were absolutely terrible, 5 pillows not one comfortable which made for a difficult night of sleeping!

Very clean. Staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast buffet was good.

Walls are thin enough that I could hear voices from the room next to mine.
