The location was great. Rooms were nice, although a little small. Balcony was tiny (not big enough for family of four to sit on) and wasn’t very clean. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

Having to pay for parking and additional for beach sun loungers. Also the terrace bar was nice but quite expensive.

small bathroom outdated looking couch and was kind of dirty staff member didn’t explain charges even though I asked what the extra was and still wouldn’t explain. no smoking having to spend alot of money on hotel room and then have to pay for parking and pay to set in a chair at the beach and was told we couldn’t use our own chairs. beds and pillows was uncomfortable

a little high in price. For the price I paid they should at least give me a free parking space for the entire stay.

The fire alarm at 1030 at night with a 18 month old was hard

I loved that the facility was "all in one". It had a private beach complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas. It also had an onsite restaurant right there on the beach! Great location, clean facility, lovely staff. You do need to pay for parking..that was unexpected. However, in Clearwater parking is at a premium. Overall a wonderful stay. Be sure to wear sunscreen!!

The private beach was a wonderful experience! The pool area was amazing. The rooftop bar area was fantastic, especially for the sunset. The staff was exceptional, from the very professional manager Stephen to Julie, a very happy, kind, and helpful lady in the front desk!!!

The hot breakfast and additional choices were great.Staff was very friendly and attentive. Scenery was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again, when we go back to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful time at Hampton, Clearwater Beach! The location was beautiful, staff was wonderful & helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Traffic was difficult. Too many vehicles on the roads.

I felt the on-site restaurant could offer a few more options more the more “picky” eaters. The beach could have been a bit cleaner. I know the customers are responsible for making the mess; but as one who treasures our waters and beaches, more should have been done to clean the beach.

I liked the outside bar on the 6th floor. You could sit outside and relax while looking at the water. I liked easy access to beach.

first, we had to pull into a dingy parking garage, no place around the hotel to pull up to and get assistance with your luggage, the garage was really dirty and cramped, we had to take an elevator up to the sixth floor to get to a lobby; a very unappealing lobby, the first thing the lady at the desk said was you booked a basic room? Do you want to pay $40 more to upgrade to an ocean view? I said yes and then she took another 10 minutes trying to locate an ocean view room, which she was not successful doing. She said sorry you have to stick to the basic room with the city view. The area that this hotel is in is very cramped. Lotta high-rises, lots of bright, colored gift, stores and liquor stores. I would never come back here we should’ve kept driving.
