Just a little ageing

Loved the location! Very close to almost all tourist destinations. The service was amazing, they provided us with lots of snacks and water. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom had no lock on the door.

Everything was great! MANY yummy free snacks in the room, mid-afternoon, and late night! Staff were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly!!!

For the breakfast, the food was cold. When they put the food in the steel containers, the little flame underneath could not heat the food. Perhaps they should provide a microwave or really heat the food before serving it.

The reception staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have ample space to walk and put our luggage. Beds are comfy, toilet and shower area very big. There is a laundry room that can be used for free. Location is around 10mins walk from metro station, so is a point of consideration if bringing elderly. Breakfast at the lobby does not have a wide variety but sufficient and taste good, and the hotel makes an effort to change the dishes everyday. There is also free snacks and drinks at the lobby for the rest of the day, and free instant noodles at night for supper. Overall our stay was very comfortable and will recommend to stay at this hotel.

Very minimal bad points compared to the good points. The sound insulation between rooms is not the best, but tolerable and did not bother us. Wifi signal was not very strong and sometimes speed can be slightly slow.

The room was excellent. Same with breakfast.
