Our 30ft (33ft overall length) bumper pull is near brand new condition. We purchased it as a 2nd house from home for the summer in the fall of 2018-19. It has never been smoked in and has been kept very clean. Our Traveling Trailer has 2 double bunk beds, a queen sized bed, the dinette can be converted into a double sized bed & the couch can be converted into a small bed (good for kids!). There are multiple USB ports in the walls, a 32 inch TV in the main room plus a DVD player, AM/FM radio & option of antenna cable if there is cable nearby. The traveling trailer also come with a Furrion RV Electric Fireplace which is an excellent plus to have & use while in the chilly weather. The sink is a 10 inch deep stainless tub with a tall faucet. There is an outdoor bar that includes a small fridge and ice maker. The camper comes fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, coffee maker, can opener, and a large pantry. We also have a bathroom with an indoor shower/tub combo, toilet (we will provide toilet paper!) and sink. 2 outdoor showers are also included. (Good to wash mud/sand off before entering the traveling trailer!) We also provided kids friendly DVDs for you to use & some board games for fun family entertainment. Plus, lawn chairs are included (3 adults and 2 kids sized chairs.) Please bring your own towels, linens & blankets. No animals allowed. No smoking inside. Electric awning must be stowed for any heavy rain or winds. Delivery/set up/take down/pick Up is preferred by the owners within reasonable distance of Spring Hill, KS. Owners is willing to meet and to walk though the travel trailer & provide paper instructions on how to use the traveling trailer.
