Paid $420 for a whirlpool suite. Whirlpool didn't work, asked front desk, they said maintenance would work on it that day. Maintenance did not. Waste of money for that room when I could have saved the money and gotten a regular room. Needs a lot of maintenance work throughout.

Location is great and the staff is helpful.

One of the elevators was down and the door on the other opened extremely slowly.

There was no maid service n the lobby wasn't cleaned after people party. Kids running around n yelling. The fire alarm went off at 6am n no explanation. With no maid service we ran out of coffee, toilet paper, etc . Very disappointed.

I booked my room online. Check-in took an hour! The staff were extremely slow. When I checked out I requested a copy of my receipt. They said they would have to email it to me. They wrote down my email (which was already on file) and said they would get to it. I still haven't received an email with my receipt. The curtains would not close all the way so the parking lot light brightly lit our room all night. Floors were dirty and our bathroom sink would not drain. The pool was dirty...tons of hair in it. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost. The AC was also not working in the lobby/ restaurant/lounge areas.

The lobby area as very hot! Was very hard to gather and visit with friends there because the temperature was not comfortable at all.

housekeeping only pulled trash and replaced towels they didn’t make the bed or anything . so I was disappointed to come back and the bed still a mess. also I was looking forward to having a window of the city instead it was of the pool .

The location

Poor experience from start to end. There are many renovations needed in this hotel. The price needs to be lowered to $75 to $99. Paint peeling from outside of my guestroom door cant be ignored. Keypad did not work on main guestroom entrance(access to my room). Staff said that battery may have died, but staff never bothered to fix it. Thermostat for guestroom temperature has very complexed instructions in order to work. Pool area is on the first floor and all noise in the area can be heard as soon as you enter the hotel. Water from the pool was on the floor leading to the front desk....no wetfloor signs in sight. Breakfast setup was late. A person may have been sleeping on the couch the whole night in the lobby area watching TV...I can go on....but in summary please choose another hotel! The current rate for this hotel is ridiculous try the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

It is a beautiful hotel...

It rained and there was a leak that covered our floor with water. When I called the front desk his response was "it should be fine now, the rain stopped." We almost left our luggage on the floor but thank God we didn't.
