Located in a former 18th C (possibly older) private luxury home, Riad Amina was charming and unique. It is also very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally kind and helped orient us, make travel arrangements, and had great suggestions. We loved their special spa treatments.
Like many riads, it is located on a tiny alleyway within the medina. This made it challenging to locate. Usually local boys would offer to lead us back to the riad for a tip, which was totally worth it. During our stay, Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby courtyard.

Off the dusty streets the Riad is a hidden gem, I’m so glad we stayed here during our stay in Marrakesh
Our stay wasn’t long enough

The riad was so beautiful and the vibe was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful. Anything we needed they assisted us with. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Clean rooms always and felt very safe. Everything was super easily accessible from the Riad so most touristy places and trendy restaurants were less than a 15min walk away. We were there with four girls and had a suite. Highly recommend!!
The pool is a bit smaller than you would think but refreshing nonetheless.

The location of the Riad was very central. I would advise that people book transfers for cars to the nearby school as its the best pick-up location.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming. With no menu to understand what was included we got different things on different days.

Location was good.
Very poor breakfast. Too much cost for lunch or dinner menu. Room size was too small, not matched with the picture.

Very nice Riad, good position, comfortable rooms.
We had a very bad experience with the parking and the walk to the riad.
We called the Riad asking where to park and how to get there. They said they were going to send one of their stuff to help as they do that as a free service..
One guy made us mark on the road and obliged us to pay 100 dhr to park on the damn street, then a guy came saying he is from the Riad, and looked way too friendly with the fu**er of the parking scam. We had to pay to avoid having our car damaged.
He forced us to get our luggage, and walked us (3 Min walk) to the riad even if we said we didn't want any help. Once we got to the riad he insisted Infront of the management of the Riad to get paid another 100dhr for the service we didn't request, but they didn't block him at all and kept their mouth shut.
We argued and didn't want to pay but 2 of his friends came up to force us.
Riad team was helpless and didn't move a finger to help us on the situation. We ended up getting scammed of 200dhr trusting those 2 scammers were the Riad team they told us they just sent.
Is a shame such a nice place don't take care of their clients in these situations.
They have been very helpful after, provided loads of info on where to go and what to visit, so we still gave 4/4 to the stuff valuation. They are super nice and very polite.

I really enjoyed my stay here on holiday. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Room was comfortable and clean. Roof top terrace was lovely and the breakfast was good value too.

I checked in around 9pm. and found that the air conditioning was broken. I asked for help, and initially, the staff didn't believe me, and I had to "prove" that the ac was not working. After 2hours of only trying to change the configuration, they told me there was nothing that could be done. It was a very hot night and I couldn't sleep. I left the windows open, hoping it would cool down the room, but it didn't help with the heat, and on top of that, it was very noisy in the morning. When we told to them that I wanted to pay for a room without ac (as it was the situation), I was told it was absurd as these things happen and I just had to accept it. Awful customer service.

Very nice Riad in an okay area just a few minutes from the souk. Parking a few minutes away.

Riad is a beautiful traditional riad, comfy interesting rooms, very nice breakfast and really great staff
The traditional riad layout means that you here lots of people's movements and talking when not in their rooms. It can be disturbing at night, but you get used to it quickly.

It was pretty awesome! There are warm people and same atmosphere inside. It's funny to find open pool on the roof and meet the sunset up there. Thank you so much for the peaceful rest after the walking through really expressive Marrakech.

the common space is nice and the rooms are clean but a bit small. breakfast is good, but the coffee is a bit watery.
our room offered no privacy at all. you could literally hear the neighbors (both next to you and above) speak and go the toilet. therefore we slept not very well which is sad because that’s why you book a hotel right

amazing staff, very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean with everything you need. We felt extra comfortable there. Most attractions are in close proximity 🙌

Safe Location safe to walk
Awful awful awful
I’ve been visiting Marrakech for over 30 years and stayed in a variety of authentic riads. However my stay at riad Amina was the worst I’ve ever stayed in and my 3 days there was too long. I even tried to get a refund and move but due the new year and their refund policy they refused to refund me. This riad lacks any soul, it lacks any personality, it’s drab and dark and really needs a good refurbishment. My room was dull in its appearance and empty. I was bitten by bed bugs and reported this to reception who claimed they couldn’t see the bites on my skin.
Breakfast was bland and not even worth getting up for. I just had breakfast outside. The riad roof top was dirty and unkept
The staff were pleasant but not particularly friendly.
Avoid this awful place dark and dingy not worth the money. Stay away

Such a great location and such a lovely team of staff who made our stay really special.
The suite we stayed in was a bit dark and needed more lighting.

staff is not helpful, riad is tired, wrong location, overall ☹️

Friendly staff
Probably worst accommodation we had in Morocco. Room full of mold and wet from leaking water. Not possible to open window. There are many other options around. Pictures are not showing the reality. We regret that we stayed here.
