Location was easy to find, and whole check in/out was a breeze.

Good quality room . Have stayed before so use to door codes. Good access and easy parking if you don’t want to pay extra for parking

Could do with more condiments in the kitchen

Location, cleanliness, size of the apartment, secure parking.

The time it took to work out how to access the property, waiting on hold on the phone for instructions on parking, access etc. There was an alarm in the front foyer that was sounding the entire time we were there. There was a used dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we arrived. There were no face washers or floor mats to use. Also the balcony door doesn’t close or lock properly.

The location was good and air condtioning was cold enough during heat

it was dirty when i arrived - poo stain on side toilet seat and cupboard doros was covered in grease kitchen bench and dining table and bed head was covered in ants

The first Unit we were asked about what bedding was required and requested 2 single beds in both rooms. It took 3 attempts for this to happen. The second 2 bedroom unit we booked had bed bugs the first night. The unit was not cleaned very well and to have missed what can only be described as an infestation, is simply not good enough. Our friends got no sleep, had nasty bites and some 5 days later Tamara was still uncomfortable. She has had to get medication. Whilst management did order pest control after calling in the morning (when we called the 3rd time about the single beds) they could only offer a one-bedroom unit with sofa beds and did not offer to refund the difference nor any goodwill refund or even ask if there was anything they could do. The bites were very obvious, so Tamara felt extremely uneasy about people seeing her. We travel on a budget and this trip was to the V8's and we brought with us friends and the rates look to be approx double the normal price (which does happen at Supercar events), so overall to have this happen with no offer is really not good enough.

Close to the CBD

Apartment was extremely dusty. Needs a good deep clean. Sofa chairs had stains, and funny smell. Skin was itchy after sitting on them. Parking is overpriced, should be included in the price, not an additional charge. I would look elsewhere to stay if I ever came back to Newcastle.
