Nice and convenient apartment

Quite, clean, location.

Everything was good

Location was excellent. Host was very accessible. The apartment was very well furnished. It even had a Keurig with pods. The grounds outside were very well kept. Very comfortable bedding.

The inside of the apartment is dated and could use some renovation. Examples are kitchen floor tiling, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures and plumbing. Everything was however in working order but my bathtub drain was very clogged. This was repaired next business day. The apartment could have been better cleaned. Inside fridge spotty, some mirrors heavily smudged with fingerprints, hairs present on bathroom fixtures.

Host is very attentive to guest's comfort and is ready to respond to any issues that might arise. Great size for 1 or 2 people. Great location, easy and secure parking, quiet, very clean. Full kitchen. Everything you need for your stay is provided. Nice neighborhood with people out walking, biking, with their pets. Easy access to restaurants, bars, the beach and shopping.

Love the fact we could do our laundry at no add charge also ground areas nice and clean

Too much decor in this place suggest owner keep spaces clear ..AC in living room way too noisy need to upgrade to quiet model.

Nice place, clean, organized, located in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, shopping centers, and the beach, without a doubt I will rent it again on my next vacation

My Girlfriend and I just stayed here overnight after getting in from a long flight. It was very convenient and close to port ever glaze to go on our cruise the next morning. It was very well kept and clean in quaint looking. The only thing I found was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, and there were no outlets near the bed to plug in our phones. The apartment was very quite and tucked away. Would Definitely recommend this place to my friendd!!
