A szállás valóban tengerparti, közel a központhoz. A főútvonal közelsége miatt azonban ablakot nyitni nem lehet a zaj miatt.
A szálláson elég sok minden nem működik, köztük a zuhanyzó ahonnan csak forró víz jött.
A kulcshoz ugyan könnyen jutottunk hozzá, de azt sajnos a tulajtól nehezen tudtuk meg hányadik emelet, és hányas lakás..
A háztartási gépek, zuhanyzó, légkondi nem működtek.

Gute Lage im Zentrum von Flic en Flac mit vielen fußläufigen Restaurants. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren. Liegestühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten waren Super.
Direkt am Appartement verläuft die Costal Road, die tagsüber viel befahren wird. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran und an die Lautstärke. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber zum Teil schon etwas älter.

Good value for the price we paid. Good location, right next to the beach. The apartment is quite spaceous and well aquiped with basic necessities. There's a private parking in the backyard. The owners were nice, we asked them for a late check-in and that was not a problem for them.
The walls are really thin, you can hear every noise from the street and other apartments in the building. The bathroom is very small & it could be cleaner.

Great 2 bedroom app first row to the sea and the promenade of flic en flac with a small balcony with the best sunset view!!!!
The app is equiped with everything you need for a short or longer stay and host is great amd give u all information you need....

It was located right by the road making it easy to access. It also had a beautiful view of the ocean and was a short stroll to the beach.
It would be nice to place cushions on the seats in the lounge to make them a little more comfortable.

Everything, the cozy apartment, close to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Yousuf was an excellent host!

Yoosuf very helpful. Flat beautifully revamped, only top quality furnishings, beds, appliances. Well stocked. Only missing items was scissors & sieve. On lovely beach, near shops. Aircons and tv which we never tried. Even had a wall clock. Ps. We cooked a gourmet meal. See photos.
The revamping was done by a chinese. 6 foot 3 inch giants like me are not catered for. My son is 6 foot 6 inches. Ouch!

Great location. Lovely beach with fantastic sunsets. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. The owner was on hand in case of any problems. We hired a scooter locally that was perfect for exploring. A really good restaurant next door called Zub. We ate there most evenings. Good WiFi connection in the apartment and tv with Netflix. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay and very good value for money.

The owner was very friendly. The apartment is well located, spacious , safe and comfortable as described in the advertising. It's in front of the sea Highly recommended 👌. I will surely return again next year for my holiday ! Ideal for holidaymakers. Excellent customer service!!!

The location is great, with am ocean view,
just next to a local restaurant with amazing local food.
Cleaning was quite poor (lots of dirt under the beds) and the sheets smelled of sweat, I suppose the cleaning lady was just inattentive enough or just forgot…

very close to the ocean. Parking on the property. There was no problem to stay until 5.00pm and take a shower before departure, etc.

The host was very helpful on all the local activities and local dining restaurants top guy Mr Yousef,I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Wonderful view, excellent place, sea view from the balcony, 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to a wonderful “Zub” restaurant. Good air conditioning, all the equipment work.
