The Host is welcoming person, collaborative and she was there for any help The equipments were completed

The building location is a bit closer to the Airport runway, this why you have to hear the noisy of any plane landing or taking off especially at the night

Nothing to complain about.

No water in the toilet, some equipment not working, the internet was not that good and electricity was an issue keeps going of and on. The cleaner showed up only once.

I forgot my hard drive at the apartment , I contacted the host she ignored me till now

I made my booking same day as check in, Mesgana let us check in early smoothie. She was good for communication and very kind. The place is nice and she offer free daily cleaning service.

Its Orthodox Christians And muslim fast period so there were lots of loud praying noise coming outside of the house almost whole day.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The staff speak great English And the area is very safe and so quiet and you got many coffee shops around and shopping I really enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, Mesgana is such a good host. She is well informed and knows the city very well. Property was properly maintained, we even had our laundry done. Our experience in Addis Ababa was absolutely worth it thanks to the host and her team. We'd definitely recommend, service delivery can be quite slow in these parts of the world but Mesgana was prompt and extremely professional. She even helped us out with government departments and visa queries.

We can't think of anything really. We are massively thankful to the host.
