It was a great trip. No frills at this place but it was clean and the location on the beach was great. It was a great vaule on the island. We walked to tiwn everyday at least once and it was not bad. I didn't use the bikes they were readily available. Coco bistro and Aziz are right there and we tried both. We went to the small casino next door and has some fun. Overall a wonderful trip. Only negative was the no see ums at resort. It was rainy a few days so we spent more time on balcony and my husband got so many bites. I got a few. Not sure if the rain made them come out more.

I have nothing but great things to say about this room. The vrbo hosts are extremely attentive and caring about your vacation needs. The check in process is as easy as any hotel I have been to. The room was clean and plenty of space for 2 people. The complex itself has beautifully well kept grounds. The room is on the first floor and the patio backs up to the quite pool which was extremely nice and peaceful. The beach is a 30 second walk from the room. Chairs, umbrellas and unlimited beach towels are provided. There is a restaurant on property with a great happy hour everday. The resort's location on Grace Bay couldn't be better. Walking distance to amazing off site restaurants and night life. Also excursion companies will pick you up via boat right from the resort beach. You couldn't ask for anything better for this price point. Simply perfect in every way.

We will definitely come back to this property. All staff were friendly & helpful. Right on Grace Bay Beach. Best area to stay at while visiting the Provo area. Food was good at onsite restaurant and they have 1/2 drinks at happy hour everday 5-7 pm. Pools are wonderful & heated.

The property manager could not have been better - we had never been to T&C Islands. Room had everything we needed and I will definitely stay there when I return. Clean and comfortable. The resort allowed us all the amenities. Beaches were fantastic and we didn't need a car. Bicycles were always available for us to use for quick trips.

My husband and I spent 1/2 our week at another resort, prior to checking in here. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with the most friendly staff and folks at the West Indies! The pools were extremely relaxing, the food off the grill each night was excellent. The place was stocked with all the basics you need to make you comfortable and not having to run to the grocery to get additional supplies. Thanks and hope to see you again when we make it back to Turks! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our stay at the Royal West Indies Resort on Providenciales, T&CI, was absolutely perfect. The 3-story property was stunning with lush, tropical gardens everywhere; so many gorgeous flowers. The 2 swimming pools and the hot tub were quiet and relaxing, especially after a day at the beach or on the water. The food at the restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety including several local dishes. The bar was so much fun; many friendly people and bartenders. The drinks, of course, were amazing. The beach at Grace Bay was incredible; the turquoise water was so inviting. There were many lounge chairs reserved for our resort, perfect to sit and watch the sunset each evening. Our first-floor room was a studio with a comfortable queen bed, sofa, desk, dresser, TV, and top/bottom washer/dryer. The kitchenette had a 3/4 refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, toaster, and single burner induction hot plate which was perfect for cooking breakfast. The spacious bathroom had a large bathtub with a rain shower. The sliding glass doors opened up to a patio with table and chairs and we could walk right out to one of the pools and hot tub. The other pool was located at the bar / restaurant; very convenient to get a drink and float. We enjoyed our stay there.

If you are looking for a smaller property I would recommend Royal West Indies Resort. Just a mile outside of the main shopping and restaurant district. There is even a casino in walking distance. The property has the most luscious tropical trees and foliage .
The unit is located towards the front of the resort with the patio facing one of the pools. The beach and restaurant are a short walk.
Th beach has chairs and umbrellas provided with towels and the sand is pristine. Great for a morning walk as the sun rises behind you with fabulous sunsets

This studio is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy Grace Bay. Linda provides everything needed to feel right at home. We loved our stay in this unit. The Royal West Indies is a beautiful location and Grace Bay is simply spectacular. Check-in was easy, Sherryl and Wayne were friendly and accommodating! Thanks again!

What a great studio apartment. The first thing I did every morning was open the sliding glass door and saw a beautiful oasis. Hearing the sound of the waterfall while having my morning tea, was so relaxing!!! The condo was super clean and the staff at RWI friendly and accommodating. Sherryl, the property manager, was wonderful. I was able to contact her with any questions and she was always available to help. I loved it so much, I’m planning on returning next year!!!! Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful unit with us!

The studio room is clean and has everything you need. The RWI resort is beautiful with a great location right on Grace Bay beach. Pelican restaurant is very good and the daily happy hour is fantastic! Resort has paddle boards and hobie-cats. All the kayaks were leaking which was disappointing. Short walk to many good restaurants and the grocery store. We had an excellent week!

We had a very relaxing experience next to the beach. The unit was the perfect home base in Grace Bay. We didn’t rent a car but used the resort’s free bicycles daily to explore. A small store is minutes away.

We've stayed at the RWI five or six times and love the fact that it is not overbuilt and the buildings are spread out among the beautiful foliage. Sheeryl, the property manager was at the unit to meet us and spent time to get us acclimated with the unit (it was the second time we rented it. Our unit was listed as being updated, but all we noted was that the bathroom sink and faucets were new, and there was a new washer/dryer that was very noisy. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are way too soft, and there was no corkscrew to be found. It's true that the unit is designed for two people to stay in it, but there are times when guests may come over for lunch or a cocktail. The problem is that some glassware and utensils have either been broken or gone missing, and they have not been replaced. But the best thing about this unit is that it is on the ground floor which puts it mere steps away from the quiet zone pool and chairs. It's also in the shaded botanical section of the RWI with lovely foliage right outside the patio. Thanks again to Sheeryl who is very helpful.

We had an amazing experience at this rental. Property owner was very responsive on any needs we had. The unit walked out to the “quiet pool” which was perfect as we were kidless on this trip and wanted quiet time. The resort is beautiful and lush with so many flowers. I feel like almost every day I saw workers trimming or planting. Also, the restaurant on the property had decent service where the food was really good! The beach was perfect where we always had a chair too. We are already planning our next trip back.

Enjoyed the trip to Royal West Indies. Room was just as I thought it would be. Stayed at that resort no less than 15 times. One small glitch was no hot water for a day. Problem was taken care of as soon as I notified the property manager.

We went over the 4th of July week and this was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The patio opened to the pool which we loved. The kitchen was enough for me to make some nice salads for lunch. The resort grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the beach. Perfect for relaxing after not traveling for two years!! Would definitely stay at this place again.

My only concern is that upon arrival, we were told to go to room 324. I found it odd, since we specifically booked a ground floor room, due to my disability. Upon arrival, we were taken to a studio with 2 beds, on the 2nd floor, and nothing looked like the photos that we used to base our decision on. Wayne was kind, and allowed us to chance into beachwear, and later gave us a ride to the IGA. We were allowed into our "real" room shortly after 3pm, after getting a taxi back to the resort. When we turned the TV on, it wasn't working. Wayne had Sherman at RWI Resort to come rebook it, and that was the ticket.
The condo was clean and well prepared. The peace and quiet was just what we hoped, and needed. Perfection!! The pools were clean and well kept, and the water was crystal clean, calm and healing. Food at Pelican Bay (the onsight restaurant) was terrific!
I sent our flight information prior arrival. For some strange reason, on our last morning, Cheryl called us on the hotel phone at 7:50 this morning. It was odd. We had no idea who she was. It was as if she was chomping at the bit for us to leave. We hadn't been able to sleep until around 4am, and we're packed and ready to go. The early wake up call was totally unneceasary. I used messenger to communicate with you upon arrival and after clearing customs. Cheryl said she had messaged and tried calling. Again, we aren't sure why. Just after she called, our TV service quit. Why? Checkout wasn't until 11am. It was a poor way to end a spectacular trip. To her credit, Cheryl comped our taxi back to the airport, but that wasn't necessary. We pay our bills. We tipped our driver very well. We just didn't understand the early, panicked call. When she said our flight was at 11am, we became scared that there had been a schedule change. It was at 12:37, and we planned to depart the property at 10:15 am. The call woke us up, and caused unnecessary strife. Anyhow, not sure why this happened.
We left the property with clean/dried towel, dishes washed and put away and the trash emptied.
Again, once we got our correct room, things were great until Cheryl entered the picture this morning.
One note. Is that there is nothing in the lobby. No newspapers, no sunscreen or water, etc. It's fine, but good to know.
I highly recommend this property, and renting from Cheryl. A few small hiccup, but a lovely unit and resort!

The Stay at the Royal West Indies was great. The resort is right on the fabulous Grace Bay Beach. We had the Studio style unit. Nicely appointed room, equipped with fridge and kitchen wares, and the exterior property too was finely kept. Unit was In quiet section of resort. Also, Nice to have a popular restaurant and bar on site. Would stay again for 2 people. Thank you to Linda and Sherryl for the attention to assure our accommodations were perfect!

My partner & I had a fantastic stay at Linda's property, which was situated in a more private area of the Royal West Indies resort. We loved the lush grounds, the proximity to beach & pool, and the comfort of the room, which was larger than expected! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the on-suite washer & dryer were appreciated. Linda and her property manager were so welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend this unit, and will definitely be back!

Condo is as described. We liked that the unit is right next to the pool. Resort itself is decent and right on the beach. However, service is non-existent, and location is slightly out of way from center of Grace Bay but really a preference thing.

The resort is lovely. Going through VRBO was less expensive. My family had booked rooms through the resort but I was trying to keep the cost down. They are all rather identical as far as I can tell. I especially liked that it was a ground floor property. It was much easier to access and pretty facing the quiet pool. My family was in third floor units which I felt was a disadvantage as quite a hike up those stairs. Enjoy!

Small studio condo which worked for me while I worked and did a little relaxation!!! Only one downside Restaurant/Bar staff slow/not friendly! I’ll eat elsewhere on the island when I come back. Sherman was super friendly and helpful at RWI!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Linda was so responsive to our needs. The unit had everything we needed ( Refrigerator, dishes/utensils/glassware, washer/dryer, hairdryer, blender, etc) plus the patio (table and 4 chairs) backs up to the quiet pool. It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach on earth. Umbrellas, chaises and beach towels available. Great restaurants and shopping close by. We look forward to staying here again- hopefully soon!

We enjoyed our trip and staying here. Everyone was great to work with and communication was excellent. The place is as described. It was very relaxing at night to sit on the back porch and hear the waterfall from the pool. The Quiet pool is right outside the back doors. The beach is located at the property. If you don't rent a car. It is ok. You just have about a 20 min walk to store etc. The place is surrounded via walking with everything you need. The place has everything you need too. Would choose to stay again.

Rented this unit for 5 nights at RWI and loved the location, not to mention THE best beach! Linda was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had and had a quick and easy check in process down in Turks and Caicos. This room was all we needed, very clean and literally steps to the quiet pool right outside the room. Resort was beautiful, friendly staff and quiet. (enjoyed the nightly happy hour at the bar.)We rented a car to explore but there were places within walking distance to grab food and shopping. Caicos cafe was right down the street and we had a great dinner there one night.. Omar’s was further out but recommended by the locals, along with mr grouper. Traveling during covid was stressful with the hoops they make you jump through with testing and travel insurance ( used 7 corners online) but it was for the best since there are 8 cases on the whole island. Masks were mandated along with hand sanitizer before entering everywhere. Would definitely go back to this rental! Thanks Linda and Jam
