This was our second Christmas staying at this location. It is a perfect location for our large family. The bedrooms are spacious and most have 2 beds. The large master on the top floor was a perfect escape for my husband and me, (the grandparents), to have some quiet time!

We grew up in Summerville and have always had a soft spot for Folly Beach so when it came time to organize a sibling reunion it was an easy choice. We are all in our 60s and 70s now with a few family members having some disability issues so the elevator was a huge plus. The house had plenty of room for 5 couples. The reverse floor plan can be a little confusing at first but we got used to it and the yard was great for lawn games. Short walk to the beach and to the main drag and shops.

Overall this was a great property for our group. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It is a great location for just parking your car and being able to walk to restaurants and , most importantly, Bert’s. We had a few housekeeping issues early on but Kate is extremely responsive and did her best to resolve our issues quickly.

The house location was very nice. The bedrooms were good. The main floor and other areas of the home were lacking cleanliness. I would suggest better kitchen organization. Some furniture pieces need of repair. We felt the price warranted certain expectations not delivered.

Sunrises, sunsets, beaches, restaurants, everything very accessible and great location. Great view of ocean & beach even though it was not a beach front. Clean! Lots of towels! Beds were comfortable!

Great location, easy beach access. Quiet bedrooms on bottom and top floor, living/dining on middle. We had five couples and a baby and never felt crowded.
Within walking distance of dining/shopping.
We plan to return.
Kate was great to check on us and let us know she was available.
Get the penthouse suite, the morning view is perfect!

This home is beautiful and in a great location. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to her. The only recommendation I would make is maybe doing a deep cleaning after every so many stays and making some minor repairs. Otherwise, we have had no complaints and really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful home from the outside in!! Surprise features were enormous back yard which could entertain a good game of Yardzee. An elevator was like an angel in warm weather. 3 separate porches on each of the 3 levels. Oh yeah, clean as a whistle with plenty of towels and comfortable beds!! Can’t say enough great things about this place! If you are a early riser, the sunrises are captivating! We will definitely be back for round 2.

Everything was good. Even though it is on the second row, the house had a view of the ocean, and it was easy to get to the beach. Plenty of space in the kitchen/living area for gathering and cooking.

We stayed with here with two families- mostly teenage kids- and there was plenty of space to sleep, eat, and hang out. Rooms are large and the living space was laid out well. Easy walk to beach and town so everyone had plenty to do! House is very well stocked, clean and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

The property was very spacious with a beautiful view! It was very convenient and in walking distance of the beach and restaurants/shops. It is also in close proximity to the sights and shops in Charleston. We loved it and hope to return!

This house is perfectly located walking distance to beach and restaurants. The lift off the garage was an added bonus for luggage.
The views from the upper deck are spectacular especially at sunrise and sunset. We stayed with two families with teenage kids and the rooms were perfectly arranged and beds were very comfortable! The jetted bathtub was an added bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed though we ate out for most meals. Would definitely stay here again in the future

This is a great house for 4 or 5 couples. Kate was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions promptly! I brought my boat and there was ample parking for it on the E Ashley side of the house (could park up to a 24’ easy)

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach, restaurants and all the amenities of town center. Short drive into Charleston for shopping and dining. Spacious house and gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of ten. Kate was very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. I stayed at this property last in 2014. Living room furniture much better. The cabinets did not stAy closed and were dirty as well as the floor in living space. Not enough blankets.

Our family reunion was a huge success thanks to this home that had enough space for all 13 of us, including a large dining area where we could eat together. There are many stairs in this home, but the small elevator was a huge help for loading groceries, suitcases and people. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Location is great with a 3 minute walk to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to Center St for restaurants and shops. We will stay here again!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, close to the beach, and a great place for a large group to relax. The photos accurately depict the property. As we are somewhat of a 'senior' group, we were happy to have the elevator for those times when we were bringing in luggage or groceries. The host Kate was friendly and easy to reach when we had questions or concerns.

What a lovely beach home with everything we needed to enjoy time together. We loved the spacious porches and gathering area. Four siblings with spouses and some grandkids enjoyed long beach walks, sunshine, each other's company.

Walk to beach only takes about 2 minutes thanks to their very generous neighbor allowing you to cut through his private beach access. You can also walk to all the shops and restaurants on Center Street in a few minutes.
Only complaint is that most of the pots and pans in the kitchen are all in need of replacing. I wouldn’t have wanted to do any major cooking.
Overall a great rental for a big family.

The house worked out great for the week we stayed. The overall layout of the house was fabulous for living space and bedrooms.
Location to the beach and downtown where spot on, as we enjoyed the easy walk into town for lunch, dinner and drinks
with no worries of the drive back. Kate the owner was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with during the hole transaction if I had any concerns or questions.
WE are already planning to book this house again.
