Good stay but unfortunately unpleasant because of our kayaking accident and injuries

Property is clean and well maintained. They were considerate of our request for pure vegetarian food and staff was kind and helpful.

They should take more care during the off-cruise water activities. We went kayaking on the first day and our boat was hit by another bigger bamboo boat. It took a long time for the cruise manager to come and help us out of the water. We had cuts and injuries not to mention out in the cold for an hour because we lost our phone in the water. The cruise manager was helpful after the fact but the entire incident could have been better managed if they were also out on the water to help guests for an emergency. Safety is not given a priority.

Comfortable stay, however expensive for the quality of food and price of drinks.

Comfortable rooms, great shower and bath with very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Good itinerary.

The food could be improved. Very expensive drinks as well.

The best way to explore Halong Bay where you get a luxury experience at affordable prices .

Very friendly staff , gorgeous location , great food (including the vegan options) and cave exploring on kayak and on foot made this one of the most memorable experiences we ever had. Dian was waiting on us at the restaurant and she was very friendly , diligent and professional. We also got upgraded to the Queen Regent Suite which was an incredible experience.

Clean boat which was well maintained. Very well trained and polite staff which was always helpful.

Last minute charge for my kid which was mentioned as free at time of booking. Less food options for Vegetarian diet

Most excellent service, we were treated like royalty

Right from the start we received the most amazing treatment from the staff, who were always ready to make sure we were comfortable, and to tend to any requests. Room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Food was top quality. Several fun excursions were available, and well executed. Hats off to the whole team for making our stay a memorable experience.

Only regret is that we booked 1 night instead of the 2-night cruise, we would have loved to spend more time.

Very enjoyable experience!

This was a fantastic experience! The cruise was tidy and clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. Food was delicious and a lot provided, very well fed and never hungry. They had happy hour at night time which was great with views of Ha Long Bay. Cooking demonstration was enjoyable. The day trips were very enjoyable and eye opening to see the local village while bike riding and kayaking. Shout out to staff Patrick, Daisy and Andy. They were very kind and helpful. Thank you

Over priced and waste of money. Don't book in advance and get on the spot deal.

I was charged very high. really over priced. Found people who booked same room in cruise for 230$ where as I was charged 550$. Food on first day was provided very limited with very few choice. They take the cruise few km in sea and park there for overnight untill they bring you back next morning. cruise manager will trick you to take a boat ride and make you avoid kayaking.

Lovely, peaceful, well cared for, entertained

Beautiful rooms and balcony- comfortable bed, big windows, deep bathtub, big shower. Scenery was good, boat was quiet and relaxing- drifted dreamily. Staff were awesome - Patrick and Daisy were perfect.

Bathmats are needed in and next to shower to prevent falls- tiles are very slippery when wet and are a fall hazard. Room lights were confusing. It was difficult to turn on the bathroom light without waking the other person. Two key cards need to be issued. My husband sleeps much later than I do. if I took the card so that I could get back into the room then he wouldn’t have it for power if he awoke before I returned. if I didn’t take it, I might have to wake him up to get back into the room.

Activities are average, less than 24 hours on the boat for the 2 day trip.

staff were very nice and friendly, food was great and plenty of it!

The activities were average, there was hardly any free time to relax / sunbathe on the boat, it was all very rushed and we had less than 24 hours on the boat for the 2 day trip. The cave on day 2 has very low parts. very expensive for what it is and not worth the money, would not recommend.

Amazing experience.

The staff were always ready to answer questions or provide information, with a smile. Daisy, Sam and Patrick were very personable and helpful. The scheduled activities ran smoothly. The facilities were clean and comfortable, the food well presented with a great variety.

The rubbish on the water is a if disappointment, hopefully the industry will aid the government and locals in cleaning it up more.

Fantastic trip, stunning scenery!

A brilliant way to see in the new year, complete with karaoke on the top deck! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and very clean. It all looked exactly like the photos! Strongly recommend the two night trip, the day on the day boat was literally perfect.

The food got a little repetitive, but it was tasty.

Fantastic experience !

After a lot of research we booked La Regina and it absolutely exceed our expectations . Rooms were spacious , bathrooms were big, balconies were great and all was very clean. The crew were lovely, the meals plentiful and the views breathtaking . Highly recommend , was a really special experience !!

fantastic cruise! great activities and staff were amazing.

the bar ran out of most drinks and there was no tea and coffee supplied with breakfast. Small things but at the price, things you would expect.

Wonderful staff and fantastic rooms! What a beautiful cruise we enjoyed. I loved sitting out in the balcony and enjoying the views. Kayaking was superb fun too. We also want to personally thank the staff for being so accommodating with our vegan diets. They made us a few dishes to make up for us having fewer choices for the buffet (lunch, dinner, brunch).

A really great experience with great service

We really enjoyed our 3 day trip. The staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The whole booking was well planned with lots to do. Our guide (Curly) for Cat Ba island and kayaking was really fantastic and a highlight of the trip

It’s a busy schedule ( you do t need to do everything but we didn’t want to miss out)
