Una maravillosa experiencia. El crucero es muy bueno, las actividades también. El guía Louis en todo momento estuvo atento a que estuviésemos pasando bien, nos dio muy buena información del lugar e información histórica general. La habitación era limpia y la vista hermosa.

Unicharm hat ein sehr schönes Schiff, mit riesigen Fensterfronten in den Zimmern. Es ist zwar bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber definitiv Charm! Die Crew war super und Binh, unser Guide fantastisch. Die Ausflüge und die Lage des Schiffs über. Nacht, war fern ab der grossen Mengen.

Ofrece un itinerario diferente y el crucero está en un area mucho más solitario. Las habitaciones están muy bien, las excursiones (3DIAS 2 NOCHES) nos han gustado mucho y están muy bien organizadas. Todo puntual, trato amigable y guías muy atentos.

- L'ensemble des prestations, avec une croisière à l'écart des sentiers battus et de la cohue : notre bateau a passé la nuit dans une baie isolée, nous y étions le seul bateau, c'était absolument magique au moment du réveil lorsque nous avons tiré les rideaux de la chambre
- Un bateau ( Unicharm) en bon état, offrant de belles prestations ( Clim dans les chambres, eau chaude, lits kit size...), avec une bonne nourriture
- Personnel du bord adorable et un guide de grande qualité ( BINH ) parlant un excellent Anglais.
- les animations proposées : Kayak dans la baie de Lan Ha, cours de cuisine ( Fried Spring Roll), Squid fishing, balad in Cat Bah Islande with bicycle, early in the morning (7:00Am... Ouch .. ) : we were the first boat on place, we enjoyed better !
- une prestation de transport est mise en place entre Hanoï et Halong (20$/pers) c'est vraiment pratique, ils nous récupèrent et redéposent à l'hôtel. Mais au retour, il semble que l'organisateur, Vega, ait sous-traité le transport à une autre compagnie, Crown, et là le trajet retour était pénible avec un bus dont les amortisseurs étaient en fin de vie, voire au-delà ... Nous avons eu une belle frayeur quand il s'est mis à tanguer dangereusement pendant de très longues secondes, avant d'aborder le grand pont du port d'Halong ...

Very well organised, clean and every one in the boat is very friendly and nice. The food is amazing and also the different activities included in this tour. It was worth it the price. Dem is great, his sense of humor and positive energy made our trip so enjoyable. With a unique route around the Bay, less tourists, so more authentic.

Although a little tired the boat is in good condition. The level of cleanliness was very important to me and I definitely felt comfortable. The bed was comfortable the room was spacious and the windows were awesome to see the view. And what a view. The buffet meals were fresh and super delicious. I chose this cruise as it goes away from the main tourist areas so not as many boats which was a definite plus for us. The activities were great and varied. And very well run. DEM is the best guide. He took care of everything and went above and beyond. Thanks to Vega tours and Dem for the unforgettable and unique experience.

Loved Cat Ba Island & the cycling! The staff were friendly, especially Hiue (Hugh) The view from your room & bathroom is stunning. The buffet lunch & squid fishing was great.
The breakfast was limited. Also, it wasn't the cruises fault, but Halong Bay was extremely dirty with rubbish floating where we kayaked. It was very sad to see. Hopefully, it will be cleaned up very soon by the authorities.

The boat is so beatiful and the activities are fantastic! Despite the weather wasn't great, we had such an amazing and magic time. A great thanks to our 5stars guide Den: he also gave so many information going beyond our expectations. It really took time to choose the corrext cruise and I am happy to say that I have picked up the best choice. Highly recommended.

boat was a perfect size. up to 48 guests only. rooms were clean, comfy, and a great size. we had interconnecting rooms, which was great with the kids. all the staff were amazing, and the itinerary was very well planned.

We have a one-year-old child, and they made sure a responsible person was with us when we went kayaking. When we went cycling, they were prepared to make arrangements to give a battery vehicle.

Everything was well planned and thought out! Activities were fun and unforgettable, room was gorgeous, food was really good, staff were friendly. Our guide Dem was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a great time!
Balcony door had a small gap that let many fruit flies come inside our room. It was only an issue when we had the curtains open.

Amazing impressions of traveling on a comfortable cruise with a gorgeous view with panoramic windows. Thanks to our guide Mr. Hieu from Vega Travel for a perfectly planned our vacation. There were many different activities: kayaking, fishing, Catba Island, cycling, climbing to the top of the mountain, karaoke and much more. The food was delicious and dietary: seafood mostly, but there was also meat. The staff is very friendly. Everything was perfect and we were lucky: there were sunny days.
Only Wi-Fi was a little bit low, but it was because of the mountains. Otherwise , everything was perfect.

great cruise option to go off the beaten path, they look to provide as much tranquility and isolation as possible, which is important as it’s a very touristy area. staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm vegetarian. While this usually means I end up asking for alternatives with every meal, the UniCharm team didn't just have me covered, they served a special vegetarian plate for me with every meal. I really appreciated this consideration a lot.

Fantastic 2 night trip around Ha Long bay which was made extra special thanks to our amazing tour guide Hieu! He went the extra mile to make sure we had an amazing time and ensured things ran efficiently. The rest of the onboard staff were also brilliant. Rooms were lovely and comfy and a great spacious rooftop. highly recommend this as an option to se Ha Long Bay.

My family and I had a great time on our 2 day/ 1 night cruise. Our guide Hiếu was outstanding- he was friendly, knowledgeable and had great English skills. He was particularly kind to our kids (age 9 and 12). The activities were fun but be prepared- the sunset kayaking and morning bike ride on Cat Ba island were quite rigorous. Both were really incredible experiences though, and there is always the option to relax on the boat instead if you want to. Food is plentiful and good, water is provided free and alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced on board. The rooms were a little worn but immaculately clean and the incredible views more than made up for any wear and tear. unicharm dock in a really quiet part of the bay- another good feature if their cruise.

This cruise was fantastic. Everything was quality and the fact that when docking at night you cannot see any other boats is awesome. Our guide Dem, went above and beyond to help us on the trip. He has fantastic English and made it even better. The days were good with hiking, kayaking and biking. Couldn’t recommend any higher.

The hospitality and the route the cruise took and the spot it anchored for the night is far away from other ships. Food is abundant, fresh oysters and free drinking water during mealtimes.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Well organised and on time. Boat and room were even nicer than expected. Activities were well run, interesting and so fun. All the l staff were excellent, in particular our guide Mr Hieu made the trip even more memorable as he was so genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to give us the best experience as possible!

Fun, adventurous and easy trip with UniCharm cruise and Vega Travel team! It was our first time in Ha Long Bay and we really feel like we got a full package trip. The cruise included nice sail through the Bay, kayaking and cycling. We had families, friends and couples on the cruise and I think it is a well-rounded cruise for everyone.

We loved the bedroom views, the activities (kayak and bike route) were amazing, we liked the route of the boat (it was not busy of other boats), the buffet was good and our guide Dem was super friendly, kind, helpful and very professional. Also the transport from Hanoi to the cruise was nice with one stop in a "pearls farm".
At night it was a bit boring and quiet. The bar didn't play music. We would like to have some music or karaoke.

My friend and I booked a 1 night Halong Bay cruise with Vega Travel/unicharm and it was the best experience! Our guide, Hieu, was outstanding! Great energy, knowledgeable and always ensuring we were happy. The boat was beautiful and we loved the more quiet location of Cat Ba. Kayaking at sunset was a true highlight, as was our lagoon dip and cycle around Cat Ba island. Will be recommending to everyone travelling to Vietnam!

We had a great time on this cruise. The boat is a good middle ground between a private boat and one of the massive ships. Ha Long Bay is gorgeous. The size of the group was perfect and crew knew how to avoid any crowded areas. We very much enjoyed kayaking, cycling swimming and squid fishing and Huei was a wonderful guide.

We spent 2 nights with Unicharm Cruise and travelled to Cat Ba. Our guide, Hiếu, did a wonderful job of coordinating all the activities, cycling, swimming, kayaking, visiting the cave and hiking. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained, he even helped arrange our onward to travel to Ninh Binh which was very kind of him.
The rooms on the boat were comfortable and the food served was excellent. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful cruise staff, overall very clean accommodations. The food is surprisingly very good on the cruise. All the tours offered require physical activity and they will take almost your entire day out of the boat (eg: 2 hours long kayaking, 2-3 mile hike/rock-climbing uphill, few kilometers long biking, walking around the town). The tour guide is very knowledgeable, friendly, carries water and towels all around for your convenience.
The water wouldn’t drain on the shower of the cabin, towards the end of the cruise we realized that under the wooden rack of the shower the drain hadn’t been cleaned in a while as it was full of hair. We suggest the travel agency or tour guide to provide a written itinerary to guests with detailed information of what’s needed on every activity, as sometimes due to noise, etc., it’s hard to understand everything the guide says, and of course as humans we forget all the details if told only verbally. There was one part where we were at a beach and after a long day there were no free public bathrooms, we had to pay for the only bathrooms on the beach to a very rude lady for the most filthy bathrooms, which was contradictory to the nice clean experience from the cruise, the other travelers from our tour couldn’t use the bathroom since they forgot to bring cash. Next time, while the travel agency cannot control the filth of the only paid public bathroom, they could proactively increase the price the of tour by a few cents and give the guide some cash “just in case” a guest forgot to bring cash.
