About this house rental
Nestled in Carillon Beach, this charming house for $566 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Completely Coastal is a charming, 2 story home located in the gulf front village of Carillon Beach. Completely Coastal is a 4 bedroom / 4 bath home, sleeping 9 guests comfortably, with an open concept living area and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker. Two upstairs suites have access to the 2nd floor balcony with an oversized porch swing. This home is located less than one block from the beach with your own private, community access. The gated community has 3 pools for guests to use, as well as tennis courts and basketball courts. Starting March 2023, Completely Coastal includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up (excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas). There is a separate carriage house located behind Completely Coastal. If you wish to reserve this along with Completely Coastal CLICK HERE If you do not wish to reserve the carriage house along with Completely Coastal, please be aware it can be rented separately (Sol Surfer) and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay. What should I do in Paradise? 1. Take a walk around the New Orleans style Carillon Market Street which consists of retail shops, eateries and galleries. 2. There is 1 mile of private beach for Carillon guests with 7 private beach access points. 3. Recreation includes parks, walkways, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, bicycling and snorkeling. 4. Take a yoga class at Yoga Elements. 5. Enjoy an array of fresh tropical treatments at Salon Baliage & Spa. Where to Eat? 1. Our Little Beach Cafe - Breakfast and Lunch Only 2. The Lakehouse Bar & Grill 3. Shades at the Loop 4. Visit many restaurants at 30Avenue just a couple miles from Carillon 5. The Terrace Restaurant Where to Shop? 1. Shipwreck General Store 2. 30Avenue 3. Pier Park 4. Destin Commons 5. Silver Sands Outlet Mall What about the Kids? 1. Carillon Beach Resort has basketball and tennis courts, as well as a playground. 2. The beach access is a short walk and Carillon Beach Resort has 3 pools within the gated community. 3. Rent bikes, stand up paddle boards, or kayaks. 4. Completely Coastal has parking for 3 vehicles. Please do not park on the street in front of the home. These spots are designated for guests of the carriage house. Parking passes will be provided to you by the guard staff upon arrival at the community. You must register and pay for vehicles prior to arrival it is $35/per vehicle. *Starting March 2023, Completely Coastal includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up (excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas). *Must be at least 25 years old to rent* **Additional $750.00 refundable security deposit charged at confirmation** *Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on. At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. Completely Coastal was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It's a beautiful home with everything you need to have a great time for a family or group. We especially liked the open living area where the whole gang can hang out. The house is only steps from the beach which makes it easy to head out for the day or just go watch the sunset Super nice neighborhood with beach ones. We will be back!

This is our fifth or sixth stay at Completely Coastal. It perfectly meets the needs of our family with adult children. My only complaint is that I would like for you to provide more garbage bags for us, hand soap in the kitchen and an extra roll of paper towels. We have learned to pack those things but think that they should be included. I still give it 5 stars because everything else is exceptional including the location to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Carillion Beach but unfortunately the home…Completely Coastal wasn't quite what we have rented in the past at other properties there. The kitchen, although had lots of pots and pans, there was only a very small skillet and a flat grill type skillet. Dishes in the cabinet were not clean and I had to wash what we used before using it. Not quite up to par with comparable properties. The mattress, bedding and pillows were not good at all. The master bedroom has a duvet that was extremely heavy and only a sheet. It's Florida and way to hot for something that heavy. We had to search for a lighter covering which we found in a closet but was not a king size. My husband and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to share the covers. The additional bedroom upstairs also had bedding that was subpar at best. And the bedroom downstairs had a bed that was very low. The floors were sandy when we arrived and the home overall wasn't very clean. Dust covered the top of the headboard in the master and was coated on the baseboard when I reached to plug in my phone charger. Overall, the home just wasn't worth what it cost to stay there and we will not choose that property again in the future. Sorry to leave an unpleasant review but with a little more attention to detail it could we much better.

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect with the exception of the expected icemaker. We contacted Paradise Properties multiple times with status updates. We were never returned a call and the icemaker was never fixed during our stay.

We had three sets of adults and and three children staying in this house together. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. We all found the beds and accommodations very nice. You can tell the bathrooms have been updated and they make it feel like you are at a spa. We loved how close it was to the beach! Between the pools and the beach, the kids were thoroughly entertained and the adults were able to relax. We will definitely go back!

We loved Completely Coastal! Nice having bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchen blender was great for frozen margaritas, wine and beer cooler and separate ice maker were fantastic. Enjoyed the large dining table for family meals. Enjoyed playing games on the front porch. Finally, taking naps on the large porch swing! Will definitely come back to Completely Coastal with the family again!

We loved our stay at Completely Coastal. Carillon was a great experience. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need, including a well stocked kitchen, two coffee makers (traditional and a keurig), and even throw blankets for the couch. We really enjoyed our stay and we would consider renting this same property again. Paradise properties was very communicative and I appreciated their service also.

Wow! We had such an amazing stay in Carillon Beach. The house was better than advertised and easily accommodated 3 couples. The bathrooms are updated and beautiful. The location is great as it's a simple walk to the private beach. We of course spent a lot of time in the lounge chairs with our toes in the sand, but also relaxed on the front porch a lot of the time which was very relaxing. My personal favorite was the porch swing on the second floor. The owners have done a great job thinking of adding appliances such a the ice maker for making fun drinks. We will definitely book again next year and hopefully it will be for an extra couple of days. Would highly recommend!

Terrific house
We thoroughly enjoyed the house & our stay. It was our first time on this property & the check in process was very convoluted. I might have thought it was just me but so many others had the same issues.
The kitchen was well equipped. The appliances were very clean & pretty new.
The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but you don’t really expect that in a rental.
We plan to come back. The facility helped make it a great vacation
