The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

For a little house ( compared to others in the neighborhood) they really utilize all the space and plenty of storage space if you are planning on staying for a while . Minor inconveniences as there are with most Airbnbs. But I would definitely stay on this property again and the management was great as well !

Open area, great front porch and great screened in porch. The location was great if you like being close to the basketball, pickleball and swim area. It is a close walk to the beach about 5 minutes. Also close to shops. Great area!

This house is in desperate need of TLC. I am sad this house has not been updated since our last stay in 2020. It is a great house with an open floor plan but needs to be updated. The floors are in awful shape, the walls are dirty and the beds are small and uncomfortable.

I loved the location of this home. It’s sits in a great spot to the main pool and basketball court. The home is in need of some TLC. It needs proper window coverings to block the bright sun in the morning, new shower heads, bedroom doors that are working and close, a king bed, and better stocked kitchen with more utensils. We will not rebook this house.

This is our 3rd year at this location and love it and this house has the perfect lay out for my family. Im not asking for any refund and would love to rent again, but these are things broken in this home and I can send pictures. The lighting in the family room is absolutely none. Wooden rocker in front porch broke, back fence broken, grill is rusted out, remote control for tv is broken, one lamp to the right of fireplace is broken, the shower liners are too short so therefore the shower curtain has mold, also ALL overhead vents are FULL of black dust. But the worst is the electrical. Neither bathroom outlet will work. Several other outlets worked when the plug was only 1/2 inserted and not when plugged in. This needs to be looked at. I hope it is addressed, and fixed. Please let me if you have success in getting homeowners to fix.

We have been staying at Carillon for 13 years and like Ve the community, beach and a overall experience. We have stayed at multiple properties, all have been emaculate. However, this year, the property we stayed at, What's ya Hurry, could have had better upkeep. A lot of things were broken or not in working order. The kitchen was not well stocked with essential items. But it was very clean and spacious. It just needs a little extra love and attention to fix broken things.

The location is great—quick 5 minute walk to the beach and right across from the pool. The closest beach access does have stairs and there’s no way to avoid them, this made it difficult to be able to use our beach wagon. The house is cute but was in need of a deep clean. The carpet was stained, there were some stains in the kitchen, 2 clogged sinks and the floor was very scuffed up. The kitchen supplies were also lacking, something to keep in mind if you’re planning on cooking. Very little cooking utensils, chips in mugs, no hot pad for oven, etc. However if those things aren’t priorities for you then I would say this would be a great rental—again, we were very pleased with the location (beautiful neighborhood!). The Vacasa office was also very helpful and answered any concerns right away.

The house is roomy and in good location. Easy walk to the beach. However, there were several lights out and there were not any potholders in the kitchen which we discovered after putting a dish in the oven. I told the managers about that the day after we arrived. They said they'd bring over some potholders. However, they did not. The house needs maintenance and a deep clean.

A tile was off near tub and the floor rippled looks like old water damage. The wood floors were scraped badly by dinette, the couches slip covers were stained or dirty. The outside needs a good pressure washing and there were places were the trim was loose and a screen on porch was torn. The windows had condensation between the windows and looks like rust or mold on them. The blind cords were severely tangled and knotted so the blinds couldn’t be opened or adjusted. The house needs TLC and more attention to regular maintenance as these issues did not happen in one rental season.

Fantastic house!
Stayed here with a set of grandparents and a little.
Plenty of space for everyone.

This home was amazing. The location for starters was outstanding. It was close to the pool and you can walk to the beach instead of driving. The house was roomy indeed. Only thing that made it go down a bit was the upstairs bedrooms. It was a tad dirty. But other than that the home was excellent.

My family loves the open floor plan this house offers. We just were sad to see the condition of the house since our last visit in October 2019. The house is right across from one of the pools, an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I am not sure how you could fit 11 people in the house comfortably.

Great House in a great location!
We really did love this house. It's very close to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach. Having the enclosed outdoor shower was a plus for our large group. We had everything that we needed to sleep 11 of us comfortably. We found it very clean with very comfortable furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds that were very comfortable and the loft upstairs with a queen and a twin bed. The full size beds in the windows in the living room were a great option.
The only downside for us was the lack of lighting in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms (closest to the front door). It's very dark in both rooms. The kitchen and bathroom desperately need overhead lighting. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.
Bring extra laundry detergent, DW detergent, paper towels and toilet paper.

Overall a great home. Two almost identical bedrooms make choosing between couples easy. The upstairs loft bonus bedroom has A TON of natural light.. would be great for kids or a teenager. Outdoor shower was a plus. Our littles loves the built in cubby beds! Very pleased. Would stay again.

Great location with multiple pools and the beach. The home was clean and very spacious for our group of 9. Loved it was a gated community!
