Nestled in Carillon Beach, this charming house for $1,254 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Please WATCH THE VIDEO to appreciate the unobstructed views of this Home in Carillon Beach Florida-https://youtu.be/HumKVQDQztY. Adults have their private areas while the kids can enjoy alone time as well. 3 spacious Bedrooms and a large Bunk room downstairs with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds and a pull out couch. Each space has its own private full bath. Private walk down to the beach is shared with only one other home which ensures the maximum amount of privacy. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily by La Dolce Via who also rents bikes, paddle boards, Kayaks and can arrange a Bonfire on the beach for you. A private outdoor shower with cold and hot running water is surrounded by a small play area with artificial turf. Unlike crowded beach towns on 30A, Carillon Beach has a private entry with 24 hour security. You can let your kids explore on their own and feel safe, yet you are less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. Carillon Beach offers a full range of amenities including 3 pools (see the photo with the map showing proximity to the closest pool), tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a downtown shopping area with a pizza and ice cream shop. Please note there is not a pool directly on this property. Listing says we have a no cancelation policy, however, I will work with you if you need to move your dates. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars and Carts (www.coastalcc.net). Please note Carillon beach charges a $35 access and parking fee per automobile which is collected when you download the link to get your QR code for automated entry to the community.

The property had amazing views and was in such a beautiful neighborhood. The house overall was very nice and accommodating! We fell in love being able to wake up to perfect scenery. The only thing that could be changed is the upstairs queen bed is caving in, it seems someone tried a temporary fix and the dishwasher buttons were all broken. Otherwise, the house was in great condition.

The house, My Blue Heaven, is definitely that. We found the layout of the house, the quality of the kitchen, the views and access to the beach utterly spectacular. Modern amenities, clean, beautiful. Within easy reach of grocery stores and restaurants, Hwy 98 and 30a. We'll be back.

My Blue Heaven is now our favorite beach house and location. Location was a lot more private and not busy. Parking was plentiful in the driveway for 3 cars. Felt very safe for children riding scooters. Wonderful having 5 young children that could walk back and forth from beach house to the beach by themself, very short walk. Fishing on the beach was awesome! The fish made great meals! Downstairs bunk-room was perfect for 5 children. Large tv, kitchenette, bathroom in bunk room. Children loved their private area and adults loved it for them. Room was dark so children slept late.
I loved the beach views from the house. Lots of seating on all porches. Outside shower and water hose for washing the sand off from the beach is great to have. This view is so wonderful that you don’t want to stay inside and watch tv. All the area is a southern charm with beautiful homes. This location is minutes from 30A and also from Panama City Beach. You actually don’t need a golf cart because it is a short walk to all the pools, playground, basketball and tennis courts. Will be returning here.

Very pleased! Property was just as advertised. Very clean and well kept. Properly furnished. Love the gated community. We did have an issue with an improperly functioning air conditioner. It was very warm and humid in the unit upon arrival. After contacting the property manager and a technician was sent out. It was determined that the unit needed replaced. I knew this was not going to be a quick and easy fix and that has more than likely been an issue for a while. I’ll admit it was a little disappointing and frustrating to know that we would spend the week without good air conditioning, but I also understand that the owner and property manager were at the mercy of contractors that could install a new unit, which from my understanding were making arrangements to do so. Unfortunately it didn’t happen while we were there. I just think this issue should have been addressed sooner. It just didn’t happen overnight. All that being said I still give the property a five star rating only because of the efforts of the owners and property manager, which by the way done an excellent job, to fix the problem with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again, but hopefully with properly functioning A/C next time.

Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ house in our favorite neighborhood at the beach. The owner was communicative before we arrived and once we were there, the property manager popped right over to fix the couple of minor issues that arose with faucets. Highly recommend this house.

We all needed a week to unplug & My Blue Heaven scored on every point. It’s location offered well suited areas on the balconies to enjoy the cool May breezes. Loved cooking in a well stocked kitchen, hitting the beach on padded lounges in the wait. Quiet neighborhood & beach during this week. Just Perfect.

Great Location! Comfortably decorated. 4 Beach Chairs and Umbrella are a big Plus. Kitchen well stocked within anything you need. The basement “apartment” is also a plus if you have teenagers. Would always stay here if I could

Great location, and I gave it 4 stars since some general maintenance would help of door hard to close, a few kitchen cabinets need fixes, a few more supplies would be helpful. It's a 5-star location and price, but seems like a little more attention to detail is needed. Overall would stay again.

We have stayed at Blue Heaven several times and have always found it to be clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary items to make cooking easy. The location in the neighborhood and right on the beach is GREAT. The best review is that we will continue to stay there in the future.

We had a wonderful time . The house looks exactly as pictured, being ocean front was wonderful. The beaches are private and the neighborhood charming. Loved the views and the house was perfect for our family. The only negative thing that we didn’t like were the over sized bar chairs and dining chairs. They are too big for the space and very heavy to move around. Everything else was great, comfortable beds , nice bathrooms.

We have stayed all over the gulf coast and this truly was the best location and property we have stayed at. Being in a gated community, the house works perfect for families. We couldn’t have been happier with both the location and home. Looking forward to going back already!!

Great location and excellent accommodation. Our one wish, and this is a personal preference not an issue, was that the kitchen island was at normal counter level not raised. Just made food prep etc a little awkward. Everything else was great.

Perfect Beachfront Home
We have stayed in the Carillon neighborhood for nearly 20 years now and this was our first time at My Blue Heaven. A more apt description isn’t possible. It is, indeed, heaven. I was there with my 11 year old son and 18 year old daughter and her friend and two 18 year old cousins. There was plenty of room for all of us and the home is really beautiful. And of course you can’t beat the location. So glad that the owners are generous enough to share their home with our family. We are already booked again for next summer and counting down the days.

The house was perfect and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. In a gated community with other very well kept houses and you can't get any closer to the beach. The owner is fast to respond and answered all our questions. Thanks for everything!
