About this house rental
Situated in Carillon Beach, this attractive house for $1,283 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **COMPLETE HOME REMODEL**. *4 private beach chairs set up with umbrellas* *Flexible cancellation policy* Luxury beach home inside the private gated community of Carillon Beach. The home sits less then 50 yards from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Once on the property the home is split as a main house and a carriage house that is tucked right behind the main home. The views from the back patio of the carriage house overlook the protected wetlands of our community which provide stunning sights and sunset views. The location of this home to the beach and other amenities is what sets No Shoes No Shirt No Problems apart from the rest. The home is less then 50 yards from beach walkover 1 for easy access to and from the water. It is also a short walk to either the main pool or the beach front pool. In the main home you will be greeted by a oversized screened in front porch that is perfect for lounging outside and having coffee and cocktails. Once inside there is an oversized living room / dining room that seats 8 with 4 barstools that are sat at the kitchen island. This is a perfect spot to grab a meal or hang out and watch a game. On the bottom floor there are two suite bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with a king sized bed each with full baths. Upstairs there is a master suite that is an oversized king bed with attached office. The master bath has a soaking tub and a beautiful stand up shower with his and her sinks. The furniture in the home is top of the line, from Restoration Hardware to Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. This home is one that will not disappoint and making you want to return time after time. Moving from the main home to the carriage home you will pass through a screened in side patio which has an outdoor picnic table to have lunch or enjoy an outdoor meal. You will walk 20 steps past the outdoor shower to the carriage house. The carriage house is set up with a half bath, kitchen, dining table, and screened in outside porch. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, the bunk room is furnished by pottery barn kids and has two bunks with a trundle bed. It also has its own full bath. Across the hall is the other bedroom that has a queen sized bed and its own beautiful walk out patio with amazing views for sunset or to enjoy the native wetlands. ****My wife and I have also childproofed the kitchen in the main house as we welcomed our first child last year. If this is something that would benefit you please let me know and I will explain which locks we have and how to use them and where the gates and other child proofing materials are stored!***If you have any questions about the community or the property feel free to reach out and ask! Had a wonderful time. We had a small issue with the house and it was taken care of as soon as it could be taken care of. Owner very responsive and prompt.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The layout worked out really well for our group. Carillon Beach is a very quiet and relaxed area and we loved the beach and the pickleball courts. The house is super close to the beach so even on hot days it didn't feel like a long walk back to the house. We have some short people in our group and some of us had trouble reaching the dishes in the glass cabinet above the kitchen counter, but that just meant that the tall people in our group had to put the dishes away! Overall the house is well-stocked, but I would suggest a 12 count muffin tin and a couple of 9 x 13 baking dishes or pans as potential additions to the kitchen that would be helpful. I highly recommend this house and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!

We were a group of 5 adults visiting Panama City Beach to celebrate a birthday and could not have been any happier with the accommodations.
The house is a short walk to the spectacular beach, on a quiet and clean street. Also, there are multiple choices for groceries within a mile of the house.
The home is very well equipped with all the cookware that we needed and we felt right at home from the moment we walked.
The communications with Sean were easy and quick and did not have a single issue during our seven day visit.

We went on our annual family vacation to Florida this July and we were so lucky to find Sean Davis and this space. He was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our needs. We took a family of 10 to this property and had plenty of room and really enjoyed the layout, the amenities, the proximity to the ocean... less than 100 yards to the walk-over and all other elements of the experience. I would highly recommend this space... The reality was even better than the pictures and initial advertising. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic and so convenient to access the pool and beach. We have stayed at a few homes in the Carillon Community over the years, and I think this was my family’s favorite so far.
We had a wide range of ages between my family, my parents, and my sisters family. The house was very accommodating for all. My sister has a newly crawling baby, and really appreciated some of the “baby proofing” that was done.
And my favorite part, it was super clean!

We had a great time at this property! The house in the back was invaluable to our large family group. The location was very very handy to the beach and the pool. When we return to Carillon for our 6 th time I will rent the same home ! I reached out to Sean many times and he was prompt and friendly and helpful every time. He was incredibly accommodating to our needs. I can’t recommend this property enough !

We had a great time in Carillon. We traveled with grandparents and very young children. It was great for every age. This property is an awesome location for families with young kids. It is so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom had the perfect space for our infant to sleep since it was able to be closed off from the main bedroom. We hope to come back soon!

Loved this home for our large group. We moms (3 of us) each had a bedroom in the big house and our kids/friends took over the cottage in the back. The beautiful beach and four reserved chairs were just a short walk away.
Place is great for young families, a group of families/friends or anyone who wants to enjoy a tranquil and super-charming resort-like neighborhood. There are two small pools in the resort area which were popular and enjoyable. But it is not a good spot for spring breakers as the beach is private and not walkable to any nightlife or popular eateries.
The hosts were super responsive to any questions. The main house was bright, spacious and updated - the cottage in the back though needed some rehab. We visited early in the year so not sure if there have been any updates. They do provide rent of either main house only or both.
Would highly recommend this place. It is in such a charming area on Carillion Beach.

Sean was very attentive and accommodating. The a/c went out, he was on it within minutes and had the unit replaced the following morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are appreciative. Excellent experience. House was roomy and very pretty. The beach was easily accessible which was great with younger kids. Loved the front porch. Everyone was impressed by the kitchen amenities and the technology the houses offered. We enjoyed our stay so much.

We loved our stay here! The owner communicated very well and the house is lovely. It is so close to the beach walkover that you feel as if you are right there! The bedrooms with the high ceilings are all wonderful and the office area on the second floor was so needed and welcome for working from "home" while the family is on vacation. The carriage house was the perfect addition to spread out a little more, too! The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great layout with the dining and living room right by it. It is a wonderful home!

We were looking for a place that not only accommodates teen, school age children, and mid age adults but we wanted the beach and all the fun right at your finger tips. It’s between two great cities, Panama City and Destin. There’s a Publix at the next block up and a Winn Dixie. The property owner made quick and precise communication and was a joy to work with. The home has a great set up with every amenities you could possibly think of. This has now become a yearly vacation home on my list to rent. You will love this place.

I have stayed at many places along the Gulf coast (Gulf Shores, Destin, Rosemary Beach) and this was my favorite! The location and the house were perfect. With small kids in the group, it was so easy to walk to the beach, ride bikes to the pool, or go exploring around the lake. The owner was so helpful and responsive! My parents came with us and also loved it. The house was so nice and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. My favorite feature was the hot water for the outdoor shower (which was key to get sand off little kids). Overall, it was excellent.
