Reasonable price and good location. I had a great stay there.

Kitchen facilities and location is really great. It is near the bus stop and there are many convenient stores nearby.

Room is too small and self check-in is a bit confusing.

the door in the narrow corridor was upside down, the washing machine did not dry the laundry, there were minimal dishes, the back of the chair was broken, the shower cabin door fasteners were broken

Okay as long as you can get in...

Not much really, very basic room, if anything the surroundings are nice Also a plus for iron, ironing board and coffee supply in the room, that was a bit unexpected

The fact I was unable to access my room. The reception claims to be open 24/7 but it's impossible to get through - it says that this number is unavailable. It has taken numerous calls to have anybody advise. I had to go to my meetings and I was unable to change, also with all my luggage which was not great either but also when I returned later in the evening the code which was reset still did not work. It probably taken me 20-30 call attempts to get a call back from a private number. But that was after I complained via messaging on booking that it's unacceptable nobody is there to help. Seriously I already started looking where else I can book in last minute, it was this ridiculous. I have not given 1/10 just because the person who reached out that evening apologised and sorted out the problem. And it was indeed a problem with the passcode to the room (rather than not knowing how to open it which was suggested by another member of staff earlier). Apart from that room is missing some of basic items - I never take shower gel or soap with me because in most places it is usually provided. It was pretty disappointing to find the soap dispenser hanging somewhere in the bathroom (which was only useful when washing your hands). Also the setup of some things was just questionable - I am not very tall but the mirror was hanging very very low, that low that it's difficult to turn the tap on. There are pipe openings (for washing machine?) out on view as well which isn't great. Toilet is setup in such weird way that if someone opens the door they will hit the person on it. No shower mat = wet floor all over as well. The shutters were broken and hidden away in the wardrobe (and were pretty useful if you didn't want to flash neighbours next door). It also wasn't mentioned the apartment is placed on some extra level which is accessible only via weird set of stairs (ladies in heels may struggle, or at least I did)

I had to find a new place extremely fast because I arrived at night. They ignore me after my emails. I just wasted my money and time. And I did not get a refund or even any reaction for this bad situation from Very Berry.

Disappointing

The location is great, lovely places to eat within minutes.

Access to the apparent not suitable for a disabled or a larger person. The top floor apartments have extremely narrow and steap staircase. The apartments are within a courtyard overlooked from all sides- I was unable to have blinds or a window open throughout my stay. BTW- no air-conditioning 🙈 Really difficult in 30 degrees. Also, worth mentioning- please change bedding- pillows 🤢🤮

Nice flat at a very reasonable price

Nice little flat at a great price - easy check-in with door code. Communication with host was smooth. Flat is just 3 minutes from nice cafés in a very hip neighbourhood. Airport is just 10 minutes by Uber. Wifi was fast and stable, however the code did not work. I was able to scan the code on the backside of the router and it worked within seconds!

The flat can get a little bit hot in summer. Local neighbours were a bit loud. But not the fault of the apartment owners.

Excellent location, close to bars, restaurants, public transport, shops etc. clean apartment, well equipped, bright, convenient check in and out (the door code).

The staircase leading to the apartment is build in a "cheap" way, it makes lots of noise to walk up and down the stairs.

It had all the basic facilities and I loved the location as it was close to centre

1. As soon as we arrived to the apartment the internet refused to work .. I contacted the front desk but she spoke little to no English making it difficult to communicate 2. Throughout the second and third day I tried to get to them to fix the issue since internet was the biggest part of our travel but still the same representative asked our call which made communication hard sonar she spoke little English 3. The hot water suddenly stopped flowing and so we had to use the cold one like that which made my partner sick that day

Pleasant

It was really nice that the host called us to let us know we can check in about 2 hours earlier - much appreciated. Property was clean and in a good location.

The description of the property said that toiletries would be provided but nothing apart from soap and toilet roll was there. We checked that carefully before travelling and didn't bring anything so we ended up buying shampoos etc. Also, the shower is attached in a way that the water goes really high and you have to hold the shower head in order to get any water on yourself.
