Located in Ocean Beach, this lovely condo for $324 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This newly renovated gated townhouse, 2 large Bedrooms (with a comfy queen bed in each room), 2.5 Bath, 1200 square feet is just 5 minutes to Sea World, Ocean and Mission Beaches, and Old Town! You will not spend your precious time in traffic, getting to all of the prime locations that make San Diego a premier travel destination for singles, families, and couples! This upstairs unit has a balcony to see the fireworks from Sea World while BBQing! It has all new furnishings and fixtures, with a fantastic beachy feel. This "upside down" floor plan has the living, eating, and entertaining area on one level with 2 large bedrooms (each with a comfy queen bed) on the lower level. The living room is furnished with reclining sofa and reclining love seats, centered around a cozy gas fireplace for cooler days, and high ceilings and remote light/ceiling fans, portable air conditioning on both levels for the warmer days. The customized granite and fully equipped kitchen has all of the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile. The dining room has a beautiful wood table that can seat 6, there is a game table with a glass top that can seat 4, and 2 bar stools in the dining room area. There is internet/WIFI, a 55 inch TV in the living room, and 32 inch TV's in each bedroom. Local stations are available, as well as your streaming services, on the smart TV's , so you can rest and relax. **Sleeping**: Two Luxury and comfort memory foam topped new Queen Beds (one in each large bedroom) , plus two extra-long twin tri-fold mattresses and Two queen size airbeds (not guaranteed to be leak free) with complete bedding will sleep 8. ( each type of bed include full bedding pillows, sheets, blankets etc.) Customized and new cabinetry 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath are towels, toiletries, individual shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers. **Parking**: one assigned gated parking spot (which up to a large SUV) and street parking. Additional extra amenities include: • Rolling high chair • Bed rails • Washer, dryer (in townhouse) • BBQ (on balcony) • USB ports through-out the house, • Quite remote ceiling fans in each bedroom, Black-out curtains (to allow sleeping in late), • Access to the property’s Jacuzzi (over 5 yrs old). **Beach fun**: (Mission Beach about one mile away) Beach chairs, rolling cooler, rolling fold-able wagon with beach wheels, beach towels, umbrella tent for the beach, boogie boards, sand toys and beach bags. **Children friendly** includes: 2 bed rails, portable stair rail gate, motion sensor lights on stairs, Rolling high-chair, toys/family board games/ puzzles, sand toys and boogie boards. There is a book providing limited concierge information including restaurant recommendations and site seeing. Bus stop nearby takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Convention center. Shopping, markets, restaurants, theaters etc., are approximately 5-10 minutes away, as is the San Diego International airport. This beautiful vacation condo is also close to San Diego’s world-class attractions such as (5-20 min driving/Uber/Lyft etc.) Sea World Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach (Whale watching, biking, water activities!) We had a fantastic stay at your home! The location was the most ideal, being close to attractions and restaurants. The space itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, and the host's attention to detail and quick responses made the experience truly enjoyable. Very centrally located in San Diego. We were only here for two nights, but wouldve stayed longer if we could. Continuous contact with host's was great! They answered every message in a very timely manner.
The only downfall, was not realizing that there is no street parking between 7 - 10 am on Wednesday's.

We spent a huge amount of our time at South mission Beach and SeaWorld! Both of which are about 5 minutes from this property!
This rental was squeaky clean and had everything we needed! The fold out mattresses were perfect for little kids and a big air mattresses were perfect for big kids! The 2 queen beds were cozy - We slept great! Disney+ made it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.
This place had all the extras to make our stay extra special! Beach towels, beach tent, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, a huge bag of sand toys, oh my goodness it was everything we needed!
And even when we inevitably got sunburned we found aloe vera in the cupboard!
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and we will very likely rent it again ourselves if we make it over to San Diego again!
We are from Idaho and not used to big city driving! This place wasn't too far from the airport and a day trip up to La Jolla was just right. There was a discount grocery store about a mile away and a gas station.

The property was centrally located and a short distance to most of what we went to San Diego for. It was close to Fort Rosecrans, the San Diego Padres game, the USS Midway and other events. The location was very convenient. The property had everything we needed. The reserved parking spot was nice. The place looks to have been built in the '70s, but is updated and modernized. It has a nice floor plan with bedrooms located downstairs from the main floor. We enjoyed our stay, and the only tiny drawback I can mention is the stairs to access the condo and bedrooms. We had one person with us who doesn't climb stairs well, so it was a little awkward for them. Other than that, it's a great place that I'd consider staying at again.

We stayed at this unit for a few days while visiting San Diego with family and kids. Mark was great in answering any questions we had - especially our request for an early arrival !! The unit was very clean and well stocked. It had 3 portable AC units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room - they had a tough time with Aug heat but after the sun went down they got it cool. The location to Sea World, Zoo and beaches was excellent. Parking behind the unit was tight (we had a huge Suburban so it was a challenge, but workable - just take it slow). Washer/dryer were great and kitchen had everything you would need. Internet / WIFI was very good - router in the living room.Overall a great place to stay to be close to everything. Thank you Mark.

Hats off to the owners of this highly maintained unit. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled beautifully. The laundry machines are full sized. The beds are quite comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever is needed for cooking. Beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. All around very well thought out design to maximize use of space. One son slept on the air mattress which was also very nice. Having 2.5 baths was great for our family getting ready for several events we attended. All of the little touches (wall art etc) set a mood of friendliness and welcome. Overall it served us perfectly and we enjoyed being there very much.

This location was perfect for going around San Diego. It's located in the middle of everything. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay here and were very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again!

Good space for two couples. Decent kitchen for quick meals, well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware etc. The location was convenient to drive to the beaches or downtown. Probably too close to the airport. I didn’t realize how close it was to the flight path. Planes were quite loud as was the traffic on our street.
When we first arrived it took several tries for the code to work at the front door.
The bed in the master was very uncomfortable to the point my husband grabbed a blanket and went and slept on the upstairs couch.
TVs had basic cable and access to streaming apps. But the streaming didn’t work in the master bedroom - error that it wasn’t connected to the internet. We didn’t bother checking with the owner to reset the modem since we weren’t there that long and the other TVs worked great.
The owner was very responsive whenever I had questions.
If there had been better windows to abate the sound of planes and traffic and if the bed was better, we’d consider this property in the future.

Felt like home, neighbors were nice and welcoming, location was great however we were unable to clearly see the fireworks from SeaWorld as advertised in the listing. Would definitely book this property again if we ever return to San Diego.

My cousin and I highly recommend you stay here. The property is exceptionally clean and secure. They provide everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and for the beach. Both beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. My cousin has difficulty walking so she really needs a handrail going up and down stairs. The long walkway in the front yard with occasional steps that didn't have handrails were a little difficult for her, but she used her cane. Fortunately, after she slept so well on the mattress she was able to walk without her cane. Mark and Iris are super nice. They quickly responded when we had a question.

Spent a week with another couple, sightseeing. Location was close to everything, and layout was very convenient. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of walking. Kitchen was well stocked and had extras that we forgot. Would stay here next time we’re in SD!

The apartment was very clean, and I liked that the sleeping quarters were on the 1st floor. The apartment got hot during the daytime, but it cooled down in the evening which made the sleeping arrangement easier. The beds were very comfortable.

Centrally located to all the fun!
This place made my San Diego stay very convenient as for everything is just a short drive away. Many stores surround the area as well as restaurants and beaches. The little bars and food spots nearby in ocean beach are the highlight. A short scooter trip or walk away are many spots to enjoy. The house was the perfect amount of room for four of us. We got to use the boogie boards, beach chairs and cooler for the beach day. Everything was clean and worked without any problems. Coming back soon just to stay here again!

This townhouse was the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in! They thought of everything! The layout was great and the extra beds worked well for our family of 5. We all enjoyed the use of the beach towels and boogie boards!! Soaps and paper products were also included. It was great to have the washer and dryer... they were clean and worked perfectly!

Great place to stay.
The location is fabulous. We went to SeaWorld, the USS Midway, the beach, and the San Diego Zoo. I don't think we had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to any of them. There are also places to eat nearby.
Inside there was plenty of room for my family of 6. It was clean, and the beds are comfortable. The only downside is the planes that fly overhead every few minutes. The noise was a little annoying at first, but we got used to it quickly. The noise didn't effect our sleep at all. I would definitely stay here again.
