Mooie locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren niets was teveel. Ze proberen je het echt naar de zin te maken.

Lovely stay, and wonderfull staff!

We loved the location of the hotel and the views from there. The hotel provided first-class, friendly service! We fell in live with San Sebastian and this hotel, we will Come back :)

Wonderful!

Amazing staff that were so personal and took great care of us. We wanted to go to the beach and offered us towels. We loved sitting on the veranda for cocktails and breakfast overlooking the farm. Bucolic and restorative. We felt at home!

An exceptional experience, warm welcoming and wonderful.

A wonderful ancient farm building restored with great sensitivity following extensive damage by fire. The combination of contemporary interventions and the historic stonework provides a unique and welcoming environment which was totally complimented by the staff.

Lo mejor del campo a poca distancia de la ciudad

La ubicación porque estás en el campo a poca distancia de la ciudad. Sus anfitrionas cuyo trato hace que te sientas como en casa. Al llegar era ya tarde y no había servicio de cocina pero Arantxa nos sirvió una cena ligera que disfrutamos en la pérgola del jardín.. comenté lo q me gustaban las guirnaldas q adornaban la pérgola y me hizo una fotocopia del enlace para q las pueda pedir!!! Un encanto.... El jardín q está a la sombra de cuatro plátanos magníficos es un lugar perfecto para desayunar o pasar la tarde... tan bonito que da pena coger el coche para visitar la ciudad!!! El desayuno a la carta y servidos en la terraza.. Un hotel distinto

Beautiful property nestled between the close by hills, with beautiful 360 views of the valley around it. The building itself is amazing and has been restored but still feels historic.

Just walking into reception set the standard for quality ,cleanliness and friendliness. This is a small modern establishment set in its own grounds approximately 8km from San Sebastián The rooms and hotel are of a high standard but the quality and friendliness of the team is exceptional . It is approached over a narrow access which is easily navigated and the directions from Booking.com are accurate Definitely will re visit as the hotel and team added to the ambiance of our holiday

Beautifully peaceful , welcoming place to stay !

Very welcoming friendly hosts , beautiful room , Lovely breakfast on the pretty terrace , access to free coffee, teas and water . quiet peaceful place but within easy walk to the bus stop which took us to the center of San Sebastian old town and the beach . Perfect for us !

Friendly hotel and staff. Bus stop to city nearby, yet hotel itself between quiet green. Dinner menu limited, but prepared with care.

Breakfast stiĺl Covid-style pre-order instead of buffet. Though ordering some extra during breakfast was flexible and friendly.

Very special for someone who likes peace and quiet.

⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Hotel and Staff! ⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in Heredad de Unanue and were blown away from the minute we walked in. The staff is fantastic, we got a tour around the house and got to learn about the history of the place. The view and scenery are so beautiful, and the hotel is simply wonderful with such a interesting story behind it. To anyone who is thinking about booking, please do! You will not be disappointed, one of the best hotel experiences in my life!

Style and luxury without fuzz

If good taste is your thing, this is a great place to stay where you will be pampered and feel welcome the minute you get on the premises. It shows passion and caring in every corner. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a very special place - a family hotel with a long history. Maintains the historical feel but has been redone with modern elements. The rooms are all unique and beautiful. The common area and terrace are very comfortable and inviting. Outdoor area has kiwis growing, and breakfast includes fresh locally sourced products

I enjoyed my stay as before.

The staff was wonderful which is why this was my second stay. The breakfast was tasty though the options could be expanded (for example adding granola, having more interesting yogurt).

WOW. what a places, what hosts. I want to go back NOW.

Where to begin... I arrived and was treated like I was part of the family - of the owners. Arantxa, one of the owners, welcomed us a checked us in. Immediately she proceed to look after everything we needed, just as if I had arrive at my aunt/mom/cousin/sister home. The hotel is small, beautiful, relatively new, clean, organized, warm and welcoming. The grounds in which it sits are also well very cared for and inviting... They love their land and their hotel and it shows. Yes, this place is outside of the city, after all it is a Casa Rural. A hotel in a less densely populated area. Yet, you are 10 minutes or less, by car, from the beach. It is well worth the short drive. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and Yolanda made sure we had our fill and then some every morning! Yes you get to know and talk the people at the hotel with their first name, it is that personal and friendly. And they go out of their way to assist you with places to visits, restaurant reservations, or just chat with you and make sure you are having a great time! The rooms are well appointed, extremely clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We were so delighted that we tried to rearrange our trip to stay longer. It should be no surprise that we couldn't. the place was fully booked for the next week +that we were traveling. During our trip we stayed in 6 different hotels, none came even close and I can think of only one other similar stay in another country where I had such a stay, in all my life. This set the bar for all others, period. Needless to say, we will stay here again when visiting San Sebastian, and returning here is now also a reason to go back.
