Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Wir waren im April dort. Es war sehr ruhig in der Wohnung und drumherum. Die Heizung war zu der Zeit eine Hilfe, die Geräumigkeit und die Waschmachine und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Renato sowieso. Der nahegelegene Strand, die Bar und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben uns gut gefallen. Porto Empedocle selbst ist nicht so schön, aber man ist ja etwas außerhalb und hat viele sehr sehenswerte Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wer noch nie auf Sizilien war, wird sich zunächst etwas mit dem vielen Müll allüberall, dem Zustand der Straßen, den vielen Bauruinen etc. arrangieren müssen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut in Schuss. Viel Spaß.

A clean and spacious first floor apartment on the edge of a quiet residential area. Owner kindly met us on main road and lead us in as we arrived in the dark and it's a bit out of town. Car essential but supermarket, restaurant and long sandy beach all a short drive. Apartment well positioned for Valley of the Temples. We enjoyed our stay. Lookout for the fruit and vegetable van in the mornings. Fresh fish shop good too, as you head along by the beach towards the port.

Jättefin lägenhet. Fin utsikt .Möttes av värden , som dukat upp med kakor vid ankomsten. Kändes mycket välkomnande.Vägarna till lägenheten var mycket dåliga, tyvärr. Avståndet till Scala Turchi o strand beskrevs som 5 minuter, men det sades inte att detta var med bil , alltså inte gångavstånd.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und man hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon. Die Außenküche ist allerdings nicht ebenerdig sondern neben dem Carport und der Zutritt zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine Treppe im 1. Stock. Die Nachbarn haben einen Pool und da kann schonmal etwas lautere Musik sowie spielende Kinder rüberschallen. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung, wer allerdings Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, sollte vorher wissen, dass man in einer Wohnanlage mit mehreren Nachbarn ist. Insgesamt haben wir Zeit in der Ferienwohnung genossen.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, modern ausgestattet :-) Völlig konträr zur Insel: Schade, dass Sizilien so vermüllt ist! Überall marode Straßen, Autobahnen und Tunnel, die im Nirgendwo enden. So viele Bauruinen oder verfallene Häuser. Dabei hat Sizilien eigentlich so viel zu bieten....

Luogo splendido casa perfetta Proprietario Gentilissimo spiagge incantevoli Torre Salsa spiaggia spettacolare. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che una parte di Siciliani è persona ignorante incivile e irrispettosa della propria terra. I rifiuti la fanno da padrone nelle strade è questo è un problema che la parte buona dei Siciliani dovrebbe far pagare con sanzioni pesanti agli incivili . In una regione ormai incancrenita al menefreghismo verso il bene comune solo le pene possono fare qualcosa. Lavorare sulla coscienza sulla sensibilià delle persone penso sia impossibile ormai due generazioni sono andate perdute......................

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Agrigent sind gut zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt war allerdings nicht einfach, da die Wohnung etwas abgelegen am Hang in einem Wohngebiet liegt.

Het appartement is uitstekend verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie via whattsapp verloopt vlot. Omdat het ‘s avonds nog fris was, hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van de prachtige buiten-faciliteiten, Maar daar kun je ‘s zomers vast en zeker heerlijke avonden vertoeven.

Modern ingericht, alles in één stijl en erg netjes. Omgeving is niet geweldig, maar je bent zo bij zee (5 minuten met de auto). Buren hebben blaffende honden, maar daar kan de vriendelijke eigenaar niks aan doen.

My husband and I spent one week in the apartement in January. The place is really big, clean and new, furnished in a modern, international style and very well equiped. All gadgets worked well including the heating, which you need in Sicilia in winter in the evening. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen but this is porbably a very nice place in summer. The apartement is on the outskirts of Porto Empedocle in a newly developed area, so there is some rough land around but it is a safe and quiet area. The owner welcomed us at a scheduled time and explained everything we needed to know and made a great effort to speak slowly and clearly because my Italian is not very good. The communication before we arrived was not with Mr Rizzo but Mr Francesco Paolo di Lorenzo, which was a bit irritation at first, but easier because Mr di Lorenzo speaks English. When we arrived there waited a basket of delicious oranges and grapefruits for us as welcome gift. We spent our time sightseeing and on hiking trips (Sicilia is a great place for hiking in winter!) so we were glad to come back to the nice and comfy apartement in the afternoons. Because most of the restaurants are closed this time of the year we bought food in the nearby supermarket or on an open market and cooked in the handy kitchen. For us and for our purposes the apartement was a very good choice and I think everybody will feel at home soon.

Renato's apartment was very comfortable for us. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside there is a nice seating area and a second kitchen. Our host made sure we did not miss anything. The kitchen was filled with basic food. The apartment is located a few minutes from the surrounding attractions: the beautiful beach, La Scala dei Turchi and Valle dei Templi. We would recommend this host and its a very nice apartment!

accogliente, pulita e spaziosa

accogliente, pulita e spaziosa

la casa si trova nella parte alta di Porto Empedocle. Si gode di una bella vista sul mare ed è vicinissima (5 min. di auto) a delle belle spiagge e alla Scala dei Turchi. Possiede un giardino piacevole ove stare al sole ed una cucina esterna munita di tutto per passare piacevoli serate con gli amici. Va detto però che contrariamente a quello che è scritto nell'inserzione, la casa non è munita di 2 bagni, bensì di 1. L'Ospite, il Signor di Lorenzo è una persona precisa e premurosa che cerca di mettere a loro agio ed accontentare i suoi clienti.

El apartamento esta nuevo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos. A/C en las dos habitaciones. Además está a tiro de piedra de los principales atractivos turísticos de la zona. El Sr Rizzo fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable.

The owner was very nice, calm person and helped us a lot. If we had talked with him, he was there immoderately to help us. When we got there, there was lots of welcome snacks which i found very synaptic and also helpful because we arrived very hungry! The apartment was very clean and calm. The beaches around this area are very nice. Would come back to there any time.
