We had a great stay -- it was nice to have extended family all under the same roof and there was plenty of room. It was a really nice place. But, there was a couple issues. The security alarm went off when we arrived and we had no code to disable it. We didn't have instructions on how to lock the electronic front door. Those were the two bigger issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay again.

Honest Review: This is an honest review of our stay. The first night we arrived we had a slight delay of getting into the house. The door code was provided but the gate code was not provided. The host answered within 5-10 minutes of us reaching out. We arrived at 4 PM the house which was extremely beautiful and large. However the water was not working. It is a dual well system and for some reason there was an issue that needed to be resolved. We could not wash hands or flush toilets consistently. The issue was resolved around 10-11 PM. However, the host made sure to be in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. The house had great amenities pool table, ping pong table, tennis court... it also had everything we needed in order to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. It was very spacious and decorated well! There was plenty of room for us to relax due to the amount of chairs, couches, multiple tables... The door has issues with being locked. The locking system would not lock consistently. This made some of the guests feel uncomfortable at night and when leaving the house due to having our valuables being stolen if anyone were to break in. The house smelled good, and was clean for the most part. There were some stains from previous guests which is not the hosts fault. The master bedroom has some flies that were dead need the bed. You can tell the host puts money into the house as the decking seemed to be brand new. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Loved the extras..our own pool to use and was able to convert the tennis court to pickleball. Mgmt company was quick to respond to all inquiries. Bedrooms were much larger than pictured. Downstairs was a welcome retreat.

Place was amazing! The rental company was awesome to deal with, very responsive. House was massive, well outfitted, and very cozy for our group of 15 (ages 2-49). My only knock on the property is that the tennis/basketball court could use a facelift. Also, the drive in off the main highway was not for the faint of heart, but that could just be me being a city boy/baby. Overall, great experience and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time with our family at this property. It was beautiful and quite. We had a couple issues with water supply/pressure on two occasions but it didn’t stop us from having a great time! Bill the property manager was very kind and prompt on his responsiveness if we needed anything. We would come back and stay for sure!

Property management team were VERY responsive to the many issues faced during our 2 wks. -Outside deck recently been replaced, Direct TV wasn't reconnected. Went multiple days without TV service. When you paid what we did per night, I do actually expect all core utilities to work! It was over the July 4th, it was days to get the service. - The propane for the grill was also not reconnected, we had to get our own propane tank filled (though they did offer to reimburse for this expense). -Inside oven glass cracked, could not use that oven. -Trash in garage with tons of maggots in garage-GROSS! -The kitchen refrige was not maintaining temp. after an initial food bought ($1500). Plus both the small refridge in basement & pool house refridge did not work. -On the last day a new kitchen fridge was delivered, so we had to accommodate for the delivery. We were then immediately locked out of the garage fridge, once the new fridge was delivered, again I had to call. -Master bdrm ceiling fan did not function, they had to bring a floor fan. -Pool house shower did not function. -No kitchen towels, iron, & coffee pot did not work. - They would not run pool vacuum w/floats in pool, went 2 wks w/o the pool getting cleaned. Never made aware of pool cleaning schedule to accommodate. -The rental price was extreme for the # of issues we dealt with. I would have expected some degree of rebate due to the insane number of issues. -Disappointing experience w/ such a beautiful house.
