This split level upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, open plan lounge, dining and a beautifully renovated fully equipped kitchen. There is a covered balcony with access from the lounge and main bedroom which runs the full width of the house for you to relax and enjoy the water views. The balcony has a BBQ and outdoor dining for guests enjoyment. Downstairs is a 2nd lounge area with under floor heating, laundry with 2nd shower and toilet with access to the backyard. There is off-street parking and a great size yard for the kids to play. It's only a 5 minute walk to the bike/walking track and Orion beach. Huskisson town centre is a short drive from the house where you can find many cafes, restaurants and specialty stores You can also organise your day trips for the dolphin cruises and other activities. Off street parking - Undercover parking behind roller door. This property does not provide linen you will have to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Other than the nonsensical lack of wifi and airconditioning (a dealbreaker for me in summer) I loved my stay here. The view is really something (better than the photos) and you can see it from the main bedroom as well as the upstairs living areas and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two lounge rooms and the layout is user friendly. The previously-mentioned north-facing undercover balcony meant that rain wasn't a problem and the bay with its little beaches and great running and walking track is only a few minutes' amble away. I've stayed in Huskisson before but now prefer Vincentia, away from the hustle and bustle. Belle Properties were fabulous to deal with, but an early request through Stayz to the owners still has not been answered a fortnight later; communication is lacking from them. I was also greeted with overflowing bins as I drove in, so first impressions weren't ideal either, but once you get inside, it's lovely (albeit very hot when I arrived). Adding wifi and airconditioning to the mix would ensure a five-star experience, and repeat visits.

We loved everything about the house, it was very clean and has beautiful view of the ocean. The only thing that was annoying there was no aircon only fans and it was extremely muggy when we stayed

remember to bring your own hair dryer, shampoo/bath gel etc., we didn't see proper washing machine/dryer and did some shopping for paper towel/tissue etc.
