Living: Tv, iPod Dock, Sound System, Video Player, Cd Player Kitchen: Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Fridge Bathroom: Bathtub, Shower, Vanity, and Toilet Laundry: Washing Machine - Heating and Cooling: Fireplace Outdoors: Enclosed yard, Grassed Area, Outdoor Seating, Gas Bbq, Pets Welcome Parking: Parking Space available at property Pets: Holiday on Foley is pet friendly, however Pets are not permitted inside the property, but welcome to sleep inside the Laundry at night. Please note: although this property is pet friendly, all pets must be kept outside and not inside the building. If you have specific fencing requirements etc please contact us first to confirm these before booking. Linen: Holiday on Foley unfortunately does not provide linen for your stay, however please contact us to arrange a linen package for you or should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be needed: sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, face washer and bathmat. Wifi: Holiday on Foley unfortunately does not supply Wi-fi for your stay. Security Bond: A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required. Arrivals and Departures: On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. 50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

As far as we could see there was not information about the house when we got there - other than take out menus. We were confused about the clothesline, which appeared to be part of the neighbour's backyard (the neighbour explained that it did actually belong to the house). There was no dryer and the collapsable line was damaged. The fridge is tiny, given that we were 4 adults and two young children, and we were cooking for Christmas. There was a good and varied collection of books and games, but some outdoor furniture would've been nice.

Loved this house, close to beaches and bike track…good outdoor area for our dogs, plenty of living space indoor and outdoors and well equipped. Air conditioning would be great addition to the house

The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was excellent for our dogs to remain secure at all times. The location of the house was the best feature, only minutes walk from the beach.

The house was clean. Amenities provided were great and the parents retreat was the best room in the house. Our only gripe was the tiny tv. Surely a bigger screen would be better. Other than that we had a lovely stay

Good location within walking distance to great dog friendly beaches. Felt the fencing on one side was a bit low for bigger dogs, but nice shady yard. House would be quite warm in hot weather with no ceiling fans or air con. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed and house was clean and tidy.

Well equiped, spacious, comfortable, homey and pet-friendly. The yard is fenced so our dog was happy to roam around the backyard. The yard was lovely and leafy with many trees including a gorgeous gum tree. It was 5 minutes to Orion beach. The kitchen is updated and what you need. There are two living areas, so great if you have a larger family.

A lovely family home with plenty of room in a great location. We had a lovely week, with all types of weather. Great yard for dogs but not much outside undercover in wet weather. Could do with a little attention (pathways were overgrown, missing basic cookware/utensils and no spade - essential for picking up after dogs!)

We enjoyed our stay, house was in a good location. Easy walk to beach and a close drive to lots of great spots in the area. Was very happy with the cleanliness of the property and the amenities in the house. Nice separate living area out the back for kids to sit around and listen to music etc. Dogs enjoyed the back deck and garden. It was VERY hot and therefore stifling inside and no ceiling fans or air con. This would be my only negative, lots of windows with flyscreens but with little or no breeze it was very very hot. Thank you though, i would recommend the property to others.

Great beach house; 5 minutes easy stroll from beach. Very well equipped, heaps of board games... Might be hot in summer with no air-con or ceiling fans. Would go back.
