The tennis courts and putting green have been refurbished, and we are in the process of constructing new horseshoe pits and a shuffleboard court. Relax in one of the resort’s charming hammocks, installed around the lush property or keep up your gym routine in the new, larger fitness center. The resort features a fully-furnished two-bedroom/two-bath condo with kitchen, living room, dining area and separate bedrooms. Beddijg includes a King bed, 2 Twin beds and a sleeper sofa. ABOUT THE AREA Just off of Highway 192, the highly-rated Orbit One Vacation Villas offer easy access to fine dining, outdoor and retail shopping, golf courses, and all the best Orlando attractions and theme parks. When checking in: - Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly $25 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. - Resort Fee includes Guest internet access; self-parking 2 spaces; sport equipment (Tennis, Volleyball); barbecue equipment; PressReader access; DVD, board games & game consoles rentals; daily sweet treats. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols. **ADVISEMENT** Renovations may take place throughout the year because of our ongoing improvement program. This property was exactly as advertised. It was impeccably clean, which we so appreciated. Moreover, it had absolutely everything we needed. The beds and high end linens were fabulous. They had quality appliances and a great coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful. This accommodation is deserving of a 5 Star rating. We look forward to returning soon! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed using vrbo for my first time. and the resort where my brothers and i stayed for their bday was amazing….currently looking up more listings for my brothers bday trip next year. this time we’re think georgia or miami…definitely will be using vrbo

Right in the middle of all the action! Close proximity to the parks, and all the activities you might want to do. Rooms were clean and well appointed , hotel staff was courteous and attentive, kids and family really enjoyed the pools.

Clean, basic accommodations. Fit our needs perfectly. The unit was somewhat stark in appearance, but we were not there very long. It was on the third floor. No elevator. Not a problem for us, but could be for someone who can't climb. Very convenient to Disney, so a plus for location. We did not use any of the amenities. I would consider again in the future.

Nice little resort. We stayed for a month it was just right for us. Close to everything. The drawback was the resort /amenity fee. Nothing was worth the charge. We got a popsicle at noon and 2 by the pool. Other than that is was a nice place to stay

This property is really good with lots of activities and amenities. My only complaints would be that the tile floor was dirty and gritty and we didn’t realize we had a 3rd floor unit.

I have never stayed anywhere that had constant texts from the management asking if we need anything etc. We asked for a box fan, it was sent right away. Our toaster didn’t work, they brought a new one for us. We wanted coffee creamer, and there they were delivering!

The four corners was an ideal location for the attractions we visited during our stay. Didn’t realize we were in the hub of it all, but everything you need is located near by. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our family stayed here for a cheer event. Check in was very easy. It was a quick drive to all Disney Parks and ESPN and walking distance to great food and souvenir shopping. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The text concierge service was very quick to respond and took care of any requests in a timely manner. **There is a daily resort fee that I did not notice on the listing, but it is mentioned.

Check in staff were very friendly! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The clothes dryer needs a duct clean out, as drying times were quite long, but that’s being nitpicky and it did not affect our overall stay that much. The condo complex location and price were both great too. The condo was plenty roomy for our group of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was in a wonderful condo community and run just like a hotel with a front desk and towels/toiletries service. Beds were comfortable. We needed extra blankets which we requested from the front desk and they were delivered within minutes. Very clean and well maintained property. The pool was very nice (there are 2) which we were able to use one day when it was warm enough. Lots of activities also. Super Walmart was less than a mile away. Close to all Disney attractions. If you are disabled you would need to stay on a first floor condo as there are no elevators to the upper floor condos. Also not sure if all the condos are the same but the master bath huge tub/shower is a bit hard to get into if you are short. But there is a 2nd bath that is your typical sized tub/shower setup. Screened in balcony. All in all 5 stars for sure! Would stay here again if we return! The front desk staff and also all the workers were extremely friendly and obviously care about the quality of your stay.

While the Villa could use some updating, everything was clean and comfortable for our 7 night stay. Pros: Proximity to the parks, nearby restaurants, washer/dryer in unit allowed us to come home without a mess of laundry to do. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Full stove/oven in unit (we did not use, but handy to have if you are planning to have meals there), Front desk staff was very pleasant at check-in and check-out. Cons: The unit was a little older and could use some touch ups, our unit smelled like marijuana two different times when we arrived back from being away (not the property's fault, just noting it), homeless population directly behind the property (again, not the property's fault), and one night someone was arrested directly across the street from the entrance. I say these things because they are notable, but at no time did we feel unsafe in our unit.

The property was clean. Plenty of room and supplied with necessities. Excellent location with easy drive to the Disney Parks. Older building but well maintained. We didn’t have time to try out any of the on-site amenities but they looked nice and well maintained as well.
